The footse has just hit its March 27th high point at 5813 so I’m expecting like you say scoop a retrace today especially when the yanks open at 2.30 Uk time
Modes anyone know what time a decision will be made on these oil cuts?

Breatheasy I bought a few shares in Siri’s minerals to tuck away for 10 years and they got took over recently by Anglo American they cancled the shares so got paid out at 5.5p per share lucky it was only a small punt I lost £1700 some of the guys in that board had fekin mega money on that so hate to think how they’re feeling.

Just read an article referring to the yanks saying that their oil production is already falling, basicly saying well they’re cutting allready but the Russians are saying no just because production is going down that’s not an actual meaningful cut in production, then the Saudis want their cut measured from a week ago when they were pumping at max rate 12.3 mil a day when back in March they were only pumping 10 mil a day.

On top of that the yanks don’t want to meet up so this is going to be fekin carnage

Craig oil means fek all to glen on earnings capacity it don’t even come to 2% so as you say oil will not affect glen one bit.

I’m mostly out of GLEN now as I’ve transferred pretty much all my holding into KAZ.
My reason for doing it is that I feel when the Cooper recovery comes KAZ will outstrip glen by a mile, they made good profits last year and beat production estimates by a mile so they’re getting something right, wears glen has been a fekin duster for last 12 months and profits have been hit big time.

Even if I didn’t hold glen shares I wouldn’t leave this board as I’ve interacted with some good genuine guys on here and long may it last.

PS can’t wait for the next meeting lads.

Craig I been reading a few of the latest news articles re oil cuts and the consensus is they really need 15 mil a day cut to stem the fall and get prices moving up again

I think it all relies in what the yanks are prepared to do as far as cutting as Russia isn’t going to support the oil price so the yanks can keep pumping it out.

Yanks are saying but we already lower on production due to the shalers having to close rigs but they’re only down 450, 000 brls a day and them fekers are pumping 13 mill brls a day so I recon in all fairness bring yanks to 9 mill a day and let rest of the world make up rest of cuts between them but yanks won’t have it so Russia says fuq you we will destroy shale as they need $45 brl to just break even

Well coppers $40 up front last nights close 4.30 and she’s holding above the 5000 mark nicely now.
Haha checked GLEN price on yank market at close after looking at that link and it’s 137 at current usd to gbp exchange.

Oil seems to be priming up for a jump today if news is good on production cuts but with the yanks storage increasing by over 12 million barrels this week they’re going to need well in excess of a 10mil a day cut globally to get the prices higher and stabilising at say $40 + a barrel

Billy that sounds good I’ll load me van with a fair few 200litre drums when they start giving it away but fuq if it’s free won’t be able to put it down as an expense lol

Research on KAZ completed.
KAZ started paying its divi which was their first on 6th sept 18 and it was 6 cents
Since then they have gone XD in 18-4-19 and 3-10-19 each time they gone XD it has had no affect in the share price as the main share price is so dominated by the price of copper along with the fact that the divi is so small in each occasion being no more than just 1% impact on the share price.
As you well know KAZ can move 5% either way in a daily basis just in the price of copper so in my opinion it’s just not worth the agro and you could miss out if coooer moves positively on the following day.

By the way the divi impact at current price as I type is 1.65% which is very small so to fek about with it just isn’t worth it in my opinion.

George yes just see it talk about the fekin 11th hour I see aviva canceled as well as RSA insurance all came out this morning.

I have to do the same reasearch on SMDS as they go XD tomorrow so they haven’t cancled their divi and they have improved quite well recently.
The way I see it if I can get the divi in me pocket strait away plus a bit more then why not and no tax

I need to do a bit of research today on KAZ & FRES as to what their average drops are after XD date I’m thinking of selling some the day before XD then buy back after at a lower price then pocket the difference I call it a reverse divi and if it works you get your money strait away and no divi tax to pay.

Coppers behaving quite reasonably it’s put on bout $80 from its low in early hours of this morning currently at 5043 it wouldn’t suprise me we may have another good day from GLEN KAZ as coppers holding ground nicely at this level

Craig morning to you too, I’m still holding my FRES in the hope that one day I’ll double me money I’m av just over 800 so in it’s doing reasonably well compared to most of the market I got £40k worth.

It has to start going up considerably in next couple of years this is my timeframe for all my shares at mo and hoping for at least a 50% profit or more on my portfolio in this time that’s my main reason for not fuquing about with what I hold at mo after last 2 days lovely rise I think there’s light at the end of the tunnel.

I was working yesterday helping my sons finish a job so was pleasantly surprised when I logged in last night.

Well I think we were all expecting a slight retrace of the indices from yesterday’s highs but they’re not doing too bad resting on the highs of a few days back.

With copper now we’re out of the triangle formation we hit a high yesterday if 5112 I was expecting a touch higher but can’t be too optimistic at this stage.
We now have support at 4940 which was the horizontal top line of my triangle formation and I’m exspecting copper to range between 4940 and 5200 for a fair while at least a few weeks maybe even longer, but I really think we’ve seen the back end of any retrace down to the lows of 4371 and 4462 that we see in 3rd week of March.
Based on the above I recon a LTH in either GLEN KAZ CAML will be a good profit maker in a year and probably more in 2 years
This is my personal view and am invested in all 3 of the above.

Today’s going to be good for base metal compannies, gold and silver and I think once they start climbing t new levels there’ll be no coming back that’s just my opinion but coppers been depressed a lot longer than this pandemic and is way too low in my opinion.
