Scoop, on my oil chart it looks like oils run out of steam it topped out at $41 then next rise topped out at $37 now this time it’s topped out at $32 each time the top out coming at $5 dollar decline each time spoil needs to push past the $32 mark with conviction to become positive again if it don’t push up now I recon a visit to $25 is on the cards.
