Firering Strategic Minerals: From explorer to producer. Watch the video here.
I think it would be best if access to these boards were limited to, say, 1-2 posts a day. I'm really worried about some of you. Overthinkers never make real money in investing; advanced thinking is actually an obstacle
Starbright, as Brad stated in the interview " we are buying MMA".
So they aren't buying the 51% in Anza, they are buying the whole company with all the rights it has, paying $15 mil for a company that spent much more in the project and STILL has the right to exercise the 51%. MMA hasn't resigned from this right, they just don't want to exercise it now and they could drag with making the decision for years and OMI could do nothing about it. That's what they paying for, the 51% share is "nobody's" atm
Also, Agnico probably wants to stay, if so, they have to change the whole deal whether they like it or not and create a new company.
Many investors take the opportunity to get out of miners (especially the ones like ARB). Once they are sold out and bitcoin seem a bit expensive and greed levels still high, capital might start flowing to miners again and we could receive a big (but probably very short term) spike. Thats why I'm still sitting here.
Redinjun, they don't suppress gold price by spot gold etf's lol. They use futures contracts. Why ppl always go into manipulation thesis when they don't understand how things work.
I don't think it's pumpers, not when the whole market move like this. I might be wrong but I think that fomo is about to kick in. The question is for how long it will last: a couple of days, weeks, months? or maybe 2 years. F*ck knows
The longer I'm invested in AIM stocks the more I'm convinced that huge part of the volatility here is not caused by mm's, insiders or pump& dampers but simply by idiots who invest their money and even don't realise whats going on. Then they move sp up and down when low volume, not realising volatility is their fault. This RNS is a good example. Some see it as positive signal and they buy ( because we now got extra cash, JV??) while the others see same RNS as negative (very high cash burn??) and sell their shares.
What's really funny is that people invest in stocks and don't even read RNS's. No wonder why so many here panic or get exited for no reason if they have no clue about their investments
Why would Newmont want to let OMI run it on their own? Newmont want to buy out the remaining 25% as cheap ass possible and OMI want to sell those 25% as expensive as possible (and add as much value to the pre-feasibility study as possible before buyout). I I was a Newmont excutive and care about my own company bussines, I would'nt ever let OMI run it on their own, bc then OMI would add to much value doing too many drill in best spots.
We will Zapp, after a couple of placements ??
I agree Joy, it seems like this is a sandard behaviour for this management for several years (even though we have a new CEO). they seem to be happy enough because all executives get their salary anyway, other employees get paid regularly and business is going on. Everything on our expense.
Probably it's because it was hard to find an investor who will pay 20+ p a share in this risk off environment
"The BOD have f’ed up and blaming everything but themselves." - So do 95% of people here. Human nature. Just keep that in mind and it will help u avoid many mistakes in investing
Lew maybe that's why they dropped this RNS like that, to make everyone panic. At 10-14p, for this kind of asset, no operational issues (assumining they don't hide anything from us) I'm sure placing is possible and will happen. I believe the BoD are cynical rather then incompetent
I'm currently down around 50% but always knew s**t like this can happen. Especially in low copper price & increased production costs environment.
Any idea how much money we need? Is it really that much to justify this plummet?
ES can you share the discord group link here again or tell me where on tt I can find it. I saw it here few times months ago and then forgot cheers
Hopefully the market will start to anticipate next v good results from now on, so if someone still hasitated whether get in or not, now is the time to decide.
The most recent update about ore I found is from 8th of October
"The ore sorting feasibility study work is progressing and all metal assays have been received back from the bulk sample ore sorting test results"
So it seems like they already should have the data they need. Do you DJ think they will wait for the positive cash flow or finance first payments / instalments on our expense? The second option would make sense from the BoD perspective as it would let them archive those 30% much sooner.
