This zen deal is done, miton are clearly on side and therefore they have enough votes
I think you’re spot on pot with miton making the intro
Miton are with zen this was in the bag in a month ago
Miton own 5% of zen . AC would not of pursued this for the last 2 months without Miton knowing and giving support for this move
Jub and align getting more frustrated in their tweets I think they know the game is pretty much up
Savage deconstruction of align proposal
Savage deconstruction
Point 7 seems to be the key SNPC have seemingly had enough of AAOG, have met Zenith and for some reason (answers on a postcard) now want to progress with them. It would seem the largest shareholders must be with Zenith because they’re very confident

Ezhik good to hear from you I think you’re pretty much correct in your comments at the bottom of your post, where I would differ slightly is azer isn’t pricing too difficult, but it’s proving a lot more difficult than they thought, and therefore cannot be left as the sole asset if they want to grow to become a larger international energy business. I think it’s a sensible strategy particularly if AC can pull off some attractive deals which is clearly his forte
I posted this a week ago, can’t see it doesn’t still apply.
The reality seems to be that getting the MTN’s away at whatever interest rate we may have to pay (probably a tad higher than the previous 9%) is priority here, it’s obviously key to making sure we have less dilutive funding going forward which can’t be a bad thing. If he released production figures now and they weren’t brilliant you’d be wishing he’d sorted long term financing out first . Make of that what you will but I reckon we could be waiting a few weeks almost to c-30 spud for any production updates.
No Magtalo I’m saying that getting the MTN’s away and sorting our long term non dilutive funding, some of which will probably be for an acquisition is clearly the main current focus, and updates on production may have a negative impact on getting that funding away . So my guess is we will hear news on MTN’s and a possible acquisition before we get a production update
