Yes, that's true. Probably with what I now believe to have been a well orchestrated share price hike up to 55p in the first place, and subsequent mini ramps up to the 20p and above prices. What mugs we were. I was very wisely forewarned by a colleague that does his homework, but still believed that this was another miracle we all hope for. Now I truly believe that it is 'bite the bullet' time to sell and lick my wounds.

I like your logic here, and tend to agree, but just for clarification, when do you foresee a £4 share, before or after joining nasdac and consolidation? Many of my friends are understandably scared of reinvesting in PRE after the U turn on Salt End and subsequent massive fall in share price. I get asked several times a week if it is a safe time to pile back in, but in honesty I tell them that I don't know. I personally had to carry out MANY sales and rebuys to reduce my average share price, but still have been burned a bit this last week. Therefore, I sincerely hope you are correct.

You are not on your own at this sell off rather than a pile in situation. It beggars belief, and appears to defy logic. However, this is not the only mining stock that has gone down this week. many of my gold stocks have walked the same path regardless of the record breaking prices of gold. Is it the weather, the time of year, or is it the fear of war and the huge drop in the prices of Bitcoin etc? The world appears to be very unsettled, and all the governments piling into gold doesn't bode well. Perhaps solid gold is the real place we should go rather than lithium. I for one, am planning to reduce my 4 fifths holding in Pensana and buying a more diverse spread. They have been so disappointing since the massive drop back from 184p.

Thank you for this, I was wondering, but too lazy to check into it. Once we pass through the £1 per share or thereabouts, a considation of 3 to 1 should get us over the line. Here's hoping.

Thank you Hogsnipe, it's nice to be missed hahaha However, it wasn't a case of hit and run, or exit stage left. After Paul Atherley's last many times repeated telling of how far we had come, and how close we are to seeing the fruition of our many years of patience, I sold off 100,000 of my PRE shares so that I would have some cash in my war chest to rebuy at a much lower price, and probably double my holding. In the meantime, I made enough on CWR and ECO (and still am in the case of ECO) to escape this cold winter, and enjoy a lot of sun, drink, and food etc on the Cape Verde Islands ... yes, I would recommend it for everyone whilst waiting for PRE to go into production. We usually escape to the sun around 5 times a year, so please keep missing me on these occasions.

Thank you Smartpunter, and yes, after that visit, and the subsequent rushed news briefs put out out or presented by Paul Atherley, I sold 100,000 shares, and am sure pleased that I did when looking at this morning's price. Now I am in a position to make a killing when all the knobheads have finished selling the price down.

Hi novice or perhaps that would be more apt to call you knobhead157 after that last attempt at Sherlock Holmesian deduction. My wife is clearly not blind, as she does the driving, and is smart enough to accurately describe a level cleared piece of bare land. It is abundantly obvious that 157 is most definitely not your IQ level ... or was the 7 a typing error?

I must admit Mumbles that you have even stupid me baffled here a bit. If your suitcase fourths/quarters each have 100 people holding shares in these slices, surely each and every single share holder has to agree to sell, don't they? Now assuming that these 100 shares are actually owned by institutional /Nominee investore (which as we know 90% rather than 80% actually are owners) wouldn't this mean that their share holding would be wiped out or sharply diluted? If, on the other hand, let's say that 100 million more shares are created, then all our share holding is diluted by around25% isn't it, and thereby completely changing the balance of voting rights of both private and institutional investors? Is this not just debt spiral funding by yet another name? As yet, I do not know the name behind this $100 million additional scheme, but they sure have screwed down a very good price ... god for them, not so good for us existing share holders. Seems like a very long time ago, those heady days of 184.5p a share. Do we need patience or a miracle?

This is one of the best, most well researched and accurate posts I have read on this rampers site. I have no idea why you should claim that is a result of panic ... it is beautifully concise and accurate. Why should Stoneguard clients/investors be informed before us shareholders/owners of the company? I believe I know the answer as to why initial processing is planned to be carried out in Angola, but I will leave that there, happily.

I am so pleased that you have posted such a precise and well researched selection of events. It was the second half silence that made me and my wife visit the non existent site at the Salt End Chemical Park, after first sending an enquiry to Tim George ... the resulting reply was the usual bullsh*t about everything going to plan ... but 'WHAT PLAN?' my mind shouted. Like you, I can see that Pensana will be nothing more than a mining company. A huge one we hope, but nevertheless, certainly not a magnet production company as boasted for the past 5 years or so. Once I found out that Paul Atherley was also greatly involved in a similar refining project at Teesside, I began to smell a rat to say the least. Can't raise the funding for Salt End, but can still push for a site near Middlesbrough, hmmmm strange! However Bott, if the great unwashed out there belive all the polished turds and keep pushing up the share price, I'm in it for the ride and the profit.

Tell me Sundrum, how do they get the share to $4 without consolidation, I am interested.
