Many, many thanks Ian. Hahaha, I must laugh at your concern on my behalf. Please do not be offended at this, it is not at you, that is admirable, but at the thought that those ramping sheep could bother me. Unfortunately, or more probably fortunately, I was born and liged until the age of 18 in what was considered the slums of Bradford. A very friendly, but equally harsh environment that toughened you up whether you wanted it or not. I look back on my upbringing withever so fond memories. It prepared me for life, and ready to face the poltroons that seem to be in the majority. Although I have been a member for some 5 years, I have never to my memory, ever bothered to comment. All these forums appear to be full (almost) of turd polishing pumpers that get a senario or dream in their heads, and then make all the comments or RNSs suit that dream. You are clearly different, choosing to check and double check the facts. I am extremely grateful for today's clarification which appears on the surface to answer all my observations. Just one small point, it wasn't a security guard that smiled, but said that they had never heard of Pensana, it was two people behind the reception ... a young man, and a young woman. The way they glanced at one another was as though it was with embarrassment, or in a conspiratorial manner. It was their reaction more than the denial of knowledge that made me and my wife sit in the car for the next 20 minutes or so, slowly going through the email posts and RNSs put out by Pensana. It was at this point that we spotted the change in language from Salt End Chemical Park to Yorkshire Energy Park. And then to drive to the said YEP and find absolutely nothing, in contradiction of the reply I had received from Tim George or his PA. Having said all that Ian, I can see the logic in what you have explained today. Just one small point, was the planning application submitted by the Wood Group, and was it for full or outline planning approval?What incurred the £100,000 per year? After reading all the news updates, and listening to the many Paul Atherley podcasts and videos, I was naturally deflated, especially as a proud Yorkshireman who had boasted about us leading the Western world. Probably by some quirky tribal instinct, I would prefer America to be our partner over China, but not so much as turn away a lot of money from whoever boosts our shares lol. The massive drop in share price after Paul's announcement has made all my investing friends doubt me, so let's get the share back up soon.

Thank you for that insight to that group, but I have always thought of myself as unclubable. It is not that I am unfriendly or even a loner, but if it takes sucking up, or agreeing with the masses, I am not your man. I have invariably thought of myself as a shepherd rather than a sheep. I want to get rich, but not at any cost, and therefore, if it means that I have to lie and get others to lose money in order that I get wealthy, it is a price too high for me. I spend around 10 - 12 hours researching various shares, amd only buy the ones that impress me, and not those that others say I should buy. I firmly believe that Pensana will make me quite wealthy, but question what the directors say, and the timeframe. I have convinced many of my friends to buy these shares, but to help them get rich, not myself. Perhaps you should study Karma and the Akasha.

A coincidence that you should suggest this. A year ago, I messaged Tim George to ask for an update on Salt End because I had become a little suspicious with the lack of news. I received the usual placatary responce saying that all was going well. I didn't believe it, especially after he had visited the White House, so got my wife to drive across to Hull to see for ourselves. Needless to say, there was absolutely nothing to see, and the reception at Salt End had never heard of Pensana. The very next morning PaulAtherley went on Sky news, the BBC, and Bloomsberg saying that they had decided to cancell Salt End. So, if I seem a lirttle doubtful about what these directors say, I have good reason.

A posible small part of China, but the largest and best county in Britain. Thank you for asking, will you? I seriously wanted to be, however the location, like most AGMs is in a place that suits Londoners or those that are in easy striking distance from Cheapside. I live 187 miles away in Yorkshire, so that means either a double long car drive and daily fees for London, plus at least 1 night in a hotel. Over the Past 5 weeks my PRE shares have plunged £180,000 so further uneccesary expenditure would seem like throwing good money after bad. AND this begs the question, "Would I get truthful answers?" I say this without prejudice or malice, as I know full well that the job of company directors is to act in the best interest of the company at all times, and therefore, being a little parsimonious with the truth is part of the territory. I fully expect company directors to polish a turd at times to keep interest and assist in raising the cash needed to reach production, but as a long time shareholder/part owner of this company, I naturally expect to be told about major changes of direction before television news etc. I would sincerely love to put my points to Paul Atherley and/or Tim George, and hopefully, they will hold a meeting in a place that is accessible to most shareholders.

Hello again Remas, sorry, I reread your post, and noticed that you call me Karl. That is my son's name. My name is Keith Foxton. You can research me on facebook or Linked in. I don't want to be thought as a friend, colleague, or admirer of Smart Punter or whatever they are called. I earnestly want PRE to be a great success and make me a millionaire, however I am not prepared to believe all that Paul Atherley Tim George espouse. They are doing a good job as directors, and occasionally embellish the facts to raise more working capital, but you must that they are very well paid for doing this, and I will admit that I am impressed with Paul Atherley's own share investment. His daughter's legacy as he puts it. In short, if I ever seem negative, it is to play the devil's disciple and err on caution, not to depress the share price.

Thank you for that quite wide encompassing answer. It is admirable how you safeguard Mumbles, but there is absolutely no need. I like Ian, and admire his research. I have just over 200,000 shares in PRE so have a legitimate interest in them doing well. I first bought shares over 5 years ago, but sold the first lot when they slumped. Over that period I have read and heard Paul Atherley promoting the company so many times, I almost think of him as a close mate. However, over that protracted period I have realised that he occasionally extrapolates a little too far at times ... over eggs the pudding shall we say. It is in my interest that I believe all that he says, butreality, and the fact that my shares dropped back £180,000 over the past few weeks makes me a little cynical. As I said to Mumbles, "I truly hope that they/we get the ongoing $160 million, and the additional $11 to commence the drilling, and production.

I truly hope you are right in your assessment Ian. I am not sure if I am a cynic or a realistic optimist. This morning after replying to you, I read this RNS as supplied by ADVFN and was disappointed. I saw it as yet another 'sugar tomorrow' senario. My first thought was, "Yes, great news, but where is the investment money going to come from?" PRE still haven't had the go ahead from the bank that is hopefully going to provide the £160 million that is needed to start in production. What you say does sound ligical, and would probably be the carrot that would draw in more investment and speculator interest. Sorry for always seeming to put a dampener on all the news, but life has taught me to always read between the lines. Many years ago, an old man advised me to believe only 50% of anything I am told. At the time, I thought he was an old cynic, but he went on to say, "If it is 100% true, that is a bonus". Perhaps I have turned into that old cynic hahaha ... my wife says I have.

Good morning Ian, it is good to have a little background on the person that has given me the most informed answers. You must tell me more about your sub Saharan ventures. Like you, some 20 years ago I actually bought a small ready written programme that enabled me to publish what I considered to be educational posts, where readers could ask me questions, or discuss with each other ... similar to 'readit' or Quorum' or even a miniature google (dream on) haha I wasted several thousands of pounds on websites, and the better 'wordpress' templates, and 'hostgater'. Please forgive any spelling mistakes, I am totally blind, and use a talking PC etc. I would usually write this on notepad and check facts and spelling, but am lazy this morning. My blindness is why I am known as Keith Foxton the blind builder on facebook, and why I always used my son Karl in my online ventures.He is now pretty good at building websites after all my mad ideas. Returning to Pensana, they are looking up a bit this morning after the Budget ... but why that should have affected the price, I fail to grasp ... but as that press baron said to his reporters, "Remember they are only 8". The other price that is baffling me, is this morning's ITH price drop, after Labour's u-turn on North Sea drilling. I cheered at this, but the masses don't seem to understand the significance. Maths were always my best subjects in school and college, but the algarhythms that drive the share prices are a mystery to me.I study the volume and values of shares bought and sold, but they appear to have no relevance to the quoted buy and sell prices. Hello ian, thank you for your indept explanations. firstly can i correct my name which is keith. my son is called karl. however i rarely, if ever, hide behind a fake name. i am also on linked in and have been for the past 20 or so years. i dislike the site for many reasons, but most of all for the diffuculty i have trying to sign in. this time when trying to research you, i had the same difficulty and lack of sucess. my full name is keith foxton and i have been dealing in shares since 1970. i first bought shares in pensana about 5 years ago but sold them when they started to drop. over this period i have mostly liked the tactics of paul atherley and read and applouded his moves. however, i still feel that he rused the announcement about salt end, and misled us share holders as well as whoever he intended to mislead. i accept all your explanations, but with a little hesitation. i sencerly hope and trust you are correct in your explanation. finally, what is ian brown energy? have you a website? i am a retired property developer who often converted main road properties in retail outlets. anything else you wish to know, dont hesisate to ask. there was one other comment that i inteded to reply to but it has since been removed, they also called me karl instead of keith.

Please mumbles stop being so touchy. these are legitimate worries, concerns and questions. i myself over the past few weeks am puzzled at why the company is yet again spending money they havent got on more drilling before going into prodution. technology is moving at such a pace that these rare earths may not be required in 100 years or much less. please let us faithful share holders start seeing some prodution.

About 4 weeks ago, without warning, paul atherlry went on sky news, bloomburg, bbc and announced the salt end development was being scapped and all future conversion to magnet metals would be carried out by companies in the usa. The ceo tim george had already visited the white house.

Thank you, i am with you on this, i also think the british government, regardless of which party, have little interest in making this country in the forefront of magnet production. I was over the moon whe i heard that tim george and whoever visited the whitehouse. I also wanted the production to be moved to america. My complaint here is how we were milead about saltend, and i am sure the share price crash after paul atherly cofession is q.e.d.

Yes, I can see where you are coming from, and like I eventually went to Salt End to view the progress, if Angola was on the beaten air tracks, I would have taken a holiday there to confirm that all that info was true. The total lack of any signs of work at all at the so called Yorkshire Energy Park hahaha what a joke, a levelled old air strip, was bad enough, and naturally aroused my suspicions and doubts about what there was in Angola. When we look at what this management pay themselves, and the total lack of answers about the removal of Thorium from the Litheum, I truly believe that we have reason to be wary. I am quite deeply in this company, and really do hope that all the predictions of Paul Atherly are correct, as this would make me a millionaire, but must admit that I am now having a few doubts. Here's hoping that all comes out in the wash. It would be extremely nice to be able to question this management as you say.

Thank you for your concise explanation, however, to say that my claims are spurious has me puzzled. Everything I told you was the exact truth. I emailed Tim George about 10 months ago asking for some clarification on the progress at the Salt End Chemical Park because there had been a total lack of information since they claimed to have 'broken ground'. As a builder, this would normally mean to have dug down to lay the foundations. The reply I received basically said that all was going well according to plan. I was saying to you that this answer was at best 'misleading' as nothing had been done. The ongouing silence, together with the news that Tim and one other had visited the White House made me smell a rat, and therefore, my wife and I dressed reasonably to speak to anyone we could about the progress. Our suspicions were first aroused when we arrived at the visitor carpark and reception. The first thing that upset us was that PENSANA were nowhere to be seen on the huge board that listed all the different manufacturers on the site. As I previously told you, things did not improve when the reception staff just smiled and said they had never heard of PENSANA. This is even more strange when you take into account all the publicity caused by Paul Atherley's frequent interviews on many radio and TV programmes. You say that there had been a management buy out in 2021 and plans were changed to build the magnet plant on the Yorkshire Energy Park working in conjunction with the universities of Hull and York. Why weren't we, the sharholders, told about all these changes ... or am I being a little naive? Was it so that PENSANA could quietly keep the share price up and continue to raise development capital? None of this bothers me, but the subsequentrushed disclosure by Paul that all the processing was going to America has shocked most of the smaller shareholders like myself. You also state that PENSANA has signed aMoU ... you know that means nothing and isn't worth the paper it's printed on ... this is NOT a contract, and to be in advanced talks with banks or any other capitol providers means the same ... nothing until it is all agreed and you receive the money to proceed. It is all very well for Paul to say that this additional $160 million will mean that the start of production at the mine could be brought forward to end of 2026 rather than early 2027, but without that finance, just when can we hope to see the rare earth being excavated? I repeat, all we want is the truth. Most of us haven't got this money to lose, and some of us haven't many years to waste on promises. P.S. I am a born and bred Yorkshireman, so also am familiar with the East Coast like yourself.

Now what you say is strange to say the least. The afternoon before Paul Atherley performed his multi broadcast damage linitation act, my wife and I visited the Chemical Park because I was suspicious at the lack of any mention of developments at the Park by Pensana despite me sending Tim George an email perhaps 10 months earlier pointing out this silence (lack of progress reports) after making a big noise about [breaking ground'. We were amazed and shocked when asking the reception staff about Pensana, they smiled, glanced at each other, and both said that they had never heard of Pensana. Being both puzzled and worried about our 200,000 share investment, we returned to our car, and spent 30 minutes researching old news and posts, where we did read Yorkshire Energy Park, but with no mention of what you claim, that this was seperate and in addition to construction at the Chemical Park. The so called Energy Park was an abandoned air field that had been flattened and a bit of concrete spread over. What a joke! As a retired builder/property investor, this is not what I would ever state as 'breaking ground'. To add insult to injury, there is a rough old dump/recycle site next to the old air field. Not the most inspiring vision. Was it pure couincidence that the following morning Paul Atherley was on Sky News finally admitting that Salt End Chemical Park was dead on the ground, and that America looked much better for raising further funds. All we want is the truth. We do not want to hear that Pensana has secured a further $160,000,000 when they are still in the process of talks. Enough polishing turds, just the truth in order that we can make our own assessment of a fair share price.
