the government has continualy kicke the can down the road
how long did it take them to pass the regs off,and
get everything in place to remove any restrictions in order
that a major would have no restrictions
that was all out of the bods control,and they were still
in place during the exclusivity talks,weren,t they
however now they are out of the way ,then naturaly the government have set timeframes
in order to get it moving asap,or am i being misleading

never happened
there are hundreds of uses for oil,although most associate it only with machines
electric transport as it is today will take twenty to thirty years
to be compatable with todays transport
