i have in the past personaly requested a plumber,as
sometimes in the last ten or eleven years we have had an
obvious boiler room problem on here
however he has usualy found the fault and fixed it
unfortunately sometimes the leak cannot be found,and then
its too late to stop the ceiling caving in,his advice however in these circumstances,was
dont listen to new people on the scene,they are only there to rip you off
with ill advised remedies

and stated his opinion on when and ifit is merely a correct prognosis
and he cannot otherwise act against something which could turn out very different and for the better
over the last ten years if everyone had sold out on the if and when theory
the company would not exist,because there have been hundreds of them

if you remember ,during the exclusivity talks we had
quite a lot of,late reported buys in the millions,and when i say that
they were sometimes reported the next day ,but mainly
shortly after closing,and i anticipate that pattern will soon start
to return on any good news

has seen quite a bit of profit taking
in a few days it will settle itself out ,and then maybe with a bit of luck
we can get back to buisness as usual
without the need for boiler fixing
