No one is arguing with AI, it states that smaller payments may be due earlier from farm out proceeds, you may want to inform AI that they are due in Q1 2026...if farm out proceeds. If farm out doesn't proceed we got bigger issues.

'advance' not 'commence' suggests discussions are ongoing..?
