Why do you think they needed to raise, instead of just using available cash?

The sp before that (still) unexplained drop was at 1.1ish. 0.7 is the current price. picking a very select sp to brag about it bagging is poor.

again, don't expect anyone who's in it to be critical of the company nor to have an objective pov about the state of play but 0.7 is pretty miserable. and hard to evaluate the sp now as it could just as easily be back to 1.1 or... the other one!

and still noone dares to tackle the issue of available cash, if the placing money is already spoken for?

The trouble with that future is that additional funds might now be required due to the delays. raising at 1.1 for the 'acquisition', in hindsight, was possibly a warning that they suspected things might go askew. so the question is if they needed to raise for the acquaition, rather than dipping into existing funds, just what is the state of their cash atm? and, if they need to place again, at what price? could see a rise in sp for the forward selling of placed shares... not outside the realms of possibility (unless i missed a statement about their cash being good for another year?)

I think you're attributing embarrassment to the company who's job is to give companies the opportunity to progress.they're not the ones under scrutiny, though.

I'm still waiting to understand how noone had ever even heard of pathway before the sandbox rejection? of course it's progress. but itsn't the progress that the company anticipated, nor 100% of investors expected.

suggesting it's comparable might be true... again, the fact that noone had ever even heard of it beofre last week says something. but i don't expect holders to agree to it being a significant setback. but also accept that the sp could recover fairly easily. in the end, that's all that counts... that and maybe how the timeline gets the sp back to 2p, for starters?

Never met a holder yet who doesn't think a drop in the price of their holding is 'overdone'. but the truth of it is there's now a lot of confusion about the timeline for this to progress to real revenue. truth be told, most folk who were banging on about Sandbox application were just ramping an sp to get out with a nice fat profit. now that that's gone, the next best thing is to talk about 'the pathway' being a golden opportunity. truth is, what other options are there? holders will paint the best possible case, more to confirm that they're not in a hole and those not in will prefer to see the price drop further still, just in case they decide to take a punt.

My concern is that most talk has been about 10k tonnes per month and, since jan, only 6.5k tonnes 'ready'? not sure why there's not 20k tonnes+ by now, waiting to go. seems to be over-ambitious targets, even while non-price sensitive progress is made.
