The placing was done at 1.1p and were more than likely forward sold as the then price was significantly higher. those shares are long gone. placees don't hold for the long term, esp. if they anticipated negative news (why do you think it was priced at that level?).

I do wonder how much news is already priced in? without some left-field news i'm wondering whether there's more than... 10% in the next rns? there's been so much tweeting about 'what's about to happen' and, considering how most shares are held tightly, without some incentive for someone to sell, where's the market for the rise?

Flava, we all know that all opinions are sh** unless they match our own. the problem is where folk close themselves off to other opinions if they have something approaching a coherent argument or suggest that waitng on results is a dangerous, binary point which can make or break an sp, even if only temporarily.

utterly sick of reading folk who brag about being millionaires because they too a huuuuge gamble on a previous event and won. that's like suggesting someone can predict all lotteries because they won, once.

everyone merely posts to satisfy their own position or to breathe a sigh of relief that their bet won. losing that bet isn't mitigated by getting pishy with the dumb f***s who suggest they knew better.

read the opinion and consider the info (if they actually have any) but i'd suggest rampy folk are just as toxic and critics/trolls.

folk need to focus on whether or not to take remedial action on their holding and get aggressive with that, instead of passive with the holding and aggressive with alt. opinions.

Nope! i'm trying to suggest that folk don't get too hung up on 0.6 as support becuase there could be an 'opportunity' coming. if you're already in deep there's not a lot of joy in adding more cash that might also incur a drop.

wait for a genuine rise before adding. trying to catch the bottom is a miserable experience for most.

There are no goddies' lives for shares that also incur stamp duty!

the sp is where it is because it was over-ramped on the rise so it's been 'over' sold to fin what was probably its natural level. if it weren't for the herd getting in and throwing daft numbers about to get more noobs in it would probably have never got past 1p.

i suspect that, even had approval been received it would have been spiked with the post-spike 'i can't believe it's now falling' posts.

disbelief is part and parcel of investing atm. some truly sh***shares are doing 50-100% on nothing and some sectors have fallen out of favour. in spite of the 'stability' of stablecoin, almost all finance/banking shares have been hit... those still putting themselves through hoops are obviously suffering more.

can see a bounce to 0.9 and then it spiking a few more... or it could just drift until some better news comes along. if there's no acquisition then that'll be an upset, as it means the £750k was just background money for stuff that (one assumes) barely influences the sp.

it's a time for those not in to put it on a watchlist but look elsewhere in the meantime.

That's the question the BoD need to explain and then how this impacts progress. tbh, i don't think many folk her know what's coming next, nor how the acquisition will fit in with the existing set up.

as for the over-reaction, i think that is partially due to the rampy talk about the value of sandbox in the first place. pulled in so many folk who 'dyor' was reading the bb. overbought and then oversold.

the share has got a long jouney ahead of it and the very short term predictions always over-egg the sp but then it's the spikes and troughs that make it a suitable vehicle for trading.

A buy that size will be a delayed print.

And the chap got mercilessly ridiculed as being an idiot with no understanding of the FCA process or anything else. now the sp sits at 0.6 and it's a coin toss which way it now moves before correcting itself upwards (the bb hopes).

don't expect anyone to applaud his opinion, but, ffs, constantly commenting on his posts when he's smashed all the holders with his opinion makes the holders look infantile. ##seriously, just filter the chap instead of taking out your anger at being in the red on him. turning the bb into a fly tip of nonsense.

Even the acquisition will only spike it, unless it's a major move but can't see what buy for £750k is going to double the mcap.

There's a danger of it going lower. noone every understood the reason why it hit the 0.3s but, on that basis, there's just as much chance of up 0.3s as before.

company really need to explain themselves unless they think the ebb and flow o the sp is irrelevant to the final destination.

The fact is there is someone here (not me) who, though luck or design pinned sub 1p as a target. at 0.63 i think most folk will have to agree as to who has it right, for now.

Can't ay i've seen your name on here over the years so assuming you've bought recently? possibly on the rampy talk of sandbox approval meaning the sp would bag? now all i see is someone posting relentlessly to prove your average isn't great... but that doesn't really alter the current sp.

the sp 'could' rise back closer to 1p on no news, with sufficient rampy talk and the acquisition, assuming that hasn't now been mothballed for some unexplained reason and the money turned into cash float?

but without a decent update and timeline any rise now is a bonus. conversely, won't be surprised to see the opposite.

that's the joy of not being in, atm... can wait and see what shakes out.
