Goodlife, not dismissing it at all.31 Oct 2023 23:05
But, as you say, it's all 'if's and 'when's.
i've owned this share a couple of dozen time over a couple of years, from 2.577 in May 2021 down to 0.4 end of March this year. During all that time there will have been holders who swore that things were going to boom, 'imminently'. And yet, here we are, at 0.7, in November.
Timing is all, unless you have unlimited funds to endlessly average down or you're convinced you can stay in it to whatever end we see (as long as it ends well). But just because 3 folk here have decided to camp on the bb and post hourly, day after day, for months on end, doesn't mean it'll do well tomorrow (or, patently, last week or last month or last year). But, admittedly, itm might tomorrow.
As the sp is closer to the year lows than highs then it favours buying now rather than most dates previous. And, as people are keen to point out, there's lots of news to come. But that was also the case throughout 2023 (and 2022, etc)
Just recommending taking ALL comments with a pinch of salt. and, if you find other peoples' arguments convincing... but unless you're an expert in crypto/challenger banking/stable coins you're punting, as most people are.
don't sell just because i'm negative on it, temporarily (i have other shares to look after so i've no problem with missing out this time around). but also saying do't nec. believe all the words of anonymous rampers who feel obliged to post so... many... times a day as you've no idea if they're honest brokers and could just as easily be paid rampers as i'm accused of being a paid troll, here.
good luck with it, though and hope your average is lowwwwww!
I just think that i've no interest in trying to wring out every last penny of a rise, in case this isn't the bottom. I'm v happy to wait and see when the news comes and what it says and, if i miss out from being in immediately, i'm pretty sure i'll be able to get in within a minute or two? obviously, if you don't day trade then makes sense to add on the lows. but would never sink everything into any share as there's always as much chance the share will drop as rise.
But if the share gets to 0.62 i'll throw some in, if only because, at that level i can bail without too much stress.
not saying anyone should avoid this share. far from it. just saying don't nec. follow those that say they're so convinced they've hocked their grandchildren to buy more as 'it'd be rude not to'.
if i'd have been in before i'd have sold the 0.9 spike and hoped to get in lower.
