I would say that the fact retailers have had to use their party outfits like coinbase to guesstimate revenue and then see those figures trashed as to accuracy and had no other outlet for figures isimpoverished and helped the rampers to inflate expectations, leading the the ridiculous estimates as to value when it rose past 3p and helped cause the spike.

It's the device you use that has the static address... that's why they can check if people have multiple accounts and can, if they wish, block said device. at least, that's what i've been told...
