You'd have thought that the reaction to the sp AND the presentation would have been better than it was, considering it wasn't even held back by a significant sell off? i'm as bemused as the BoD were, considering the sp has been healthily higher than this on expectation of news!

for a little clarity, though, the share's barely up 35% from the hellish drop! and it's only 12% up from placing price.

now, you COULD mention that it also touched 2.3 too, but you'd have to have traded it to benefit from that... and THEN bought back at 2.14, AND then you also have to accept that tomorrow, might slip again, due to all the traders that got in from 1.6 onwards. or it could just climb... or it could do both!

but, just be happy in your own profits, as i am.

as for whoever else is mentioning me, just remember that you *probably' were banging on about this share, all the way down from 3.4 down to 1.5, so comment away about my other trades but just remember, 3.4 down to 1.46!

No problem. and just understand that, aside from that, you can still trade shares within the ISA... the only difference is is the obvious tax benefit. but it operates like any other shares account.

You can set up a shares ISA in with any brokerplatform but you'll need to provide info about NI, etc. then you just transfer money into it. you CAN bed'n'ISA or you can just sell and then buy in the ISA account.

Historical price is irrelevant. it's just £20k but if the sp is rising in a nonISA then what difference does it make as CGT is still only based on profit/rising sp. other alrernative is to stick it in a SIPP... and that is £60k.

It'll need to rise first... otherwise, not much point in selling.
