if the valuation comes up to par and actually rids the debt, then the sp will climb.
even if there IS a placing and it's at a pish price (i'm pretty sure it'll be announced in the next 48 hours) then again, as long as it cancels out, added to diamond value, the debt, then the price will rise.
if there's a WRAP offer that's v low... say, 0.4, then that'll be taken up also, even if the price is at 0.5+ and those retailers will have paper profit immediately.
BUT, the truth of it is there are an awful lot of share held from 0.2 range, recently bought, plus the possible placing (which company would have been mad not to exploit this news and get in some 'free' cash) so it'll take some churn to balance out before you see a good rise.
any news that looks like retailers were played and the price drops again.
