Certainly not keen on BoD looking to stay hidden from their plays by staying just under the threshold. one would have thought the opposite would be the case if this share is going to be so substantial!

Holders always start looking for contived reasons why their expectations aren't met in the real world, without looking at the most obvious.

the number of times mm's get blamed for 'rigging' is almost too funny.

just look at the fact that many, many people bought at 0.07 in December and are now at least 700% up on the news. so, either that is the explanation for the 1mill/2mill sells OR they're the placing that is going to be announced, being sold for significant profit too.

either way, 700% up in 4 months is bloody good and i'd be selling as the sp slid, having held to see if 1p might have been reached.

noone wants to see guaranteed profit slip out of their hands so is it really a surprise that sellers came in, mob handed and sold 1mill shares for £4500 when they bought them for £750? even if there's no placing on monday or tuesday, the sells still might not have finished.

there's an awful lot of estimates about the value of the diamonds but noone's got an answer and won't until VAST release confirmations of what the bottom line for VAST is... until then it's guesswork and ramping or deramping. but the sp will tell you more than any post will.

Read the trades, if nothing else!

if you want to engage in postings at least have the courtesy not to trash talk when you seem to know little about investing. admittedly, there's a lot to know but just look at the trades and volumes and you'll get some clues.

that said, i still think this'll be closer to 0.55 by close today. but if those rounded sells persist...

And, as i said, even if the placing takes place, the shares have pretty much already been forward sold in this spike so...

would be better for them if it happens as the extra cash won't hurt and it'll already be done. no company can fundraise without the certainty of profit for the fund providers and this news was the perfect cover for the raise... would also explain the persistent rounded number sells that have undercut the rise.

Every company raises money when they can... and VAST is certainly no exception. very, VERY rarely do companies such as VAST release 'good' news without tying a fundraise to it.

and with an sp that has risen on expectation but still no sales... also, no offtake agreement yet so they'll be needing actual cash until sales of either... but we'll see if i'm just pishing in the wind or not, next week.

They'd be mad NOT to have done a raise but, if it happened then they've already been sold, into this spike. so the news would be 48hours late...

Where the eff do you get a valuation of only £2.5mill on the diamonds? best case is you forgot to move the decimal point, worst case is youre just dead keen to try and get in lower.

just bite your lip and get in as you're not likely to get lower than 0.46.

As long as those 1mill/2mill sells keep occurring the sp won't rise much higher.

They had the whole morning to sell at a VAST profit (see what i did there!) and so it's more than likely all up from now as, whatever the shortfall in the vlaue of the diamonds is, the placing will have taken care of it. AND, if the diamonds are indeed worth past valuations, then the company actually has cash in the bank so...

Spread could drop the price but you're still going to have to buy around 1.3 so...

but, seriously, the BoD REALLY should etc. etc.
