Everyone understands that placings are sold, mostly forward sold, unless there's substantial news in the pipe and, even then, placees prefer the guaranteed profit, espcially when there are warrants offered too.
they sell the shares, they hold the warrants at no risk and, if the sp rises stratospherically, they convert, if the sp doesn't they lose nothing.
if you don't understand that then you don't understand investing by HNWi and companies. and this wasn't a big total... AND the sp crashed when the placings (plural) became obvious.
but, now, this 'should' be like when repeat sellers stop selling... the price is well below the level it should be for a company that's debt free. look at its historical price when it was last in that position.
i suspect that every trash-talker, when the price turns, will jump in as quickly as they can. and if it looks like its stuck then they'll move on to find another distressed share to try and get into...
it's AIM, it's what it does.
