Surely there's a difference between the prospects for Wood Group and the prospects for holders and the sp?

Wood being saved to continue but in someone else's hands is still the likelihood, over Wood continuing as a public company, no?

I just feel that treasury rns was bs... just another excuss for a placing for something that doesnt materialise. they HAVE done the same with several placings now... placings just prior to talking about an acquisition that doesn't happen.

they're a big... wide, in that respect.

That placing really eff'd up investors, esp. without the news that should have followed

whatever they do in the future, they really ought to do something about their comms and the processes... i just don't believe today was necessary. they could have announced the delay and suspension post market... whatever drop might have happened wouldn't be as bad as this... just hurt lthers and benefited traders....

Don't mind getting an occasional post wrong... didn't damage the sp... and the point of bb's is to correct each other. so i'm fine with it...

but, yes, looked a div. but a div with some shares at 0.75... and i get it right more times than i get it wrong... and didn't buy the wrap offer at 1.20. not as if BoD didn't know there was an issue with Semnet at that point... another bit of underhand placings...

Yes, well, NORMALLY, suspension follows the announcement of accounts not being available. all it did was... this!

was shabby, as shabby as the Treasury rns and as shabby as their placings... and probably as shabby as Semnet.

if we're talking about folk getting it wrong, i'm happy to be as thick as BoD for buying at 1.35...

I don't check if they're being deleted or not... not my problem... i'm happy with having bought today instead of y'day...or the day before... or the 1.2p placing...

Must be a lot of delayed sells out there, for this amount of buying to be happening around 0.75, profitably, for mms...

I did... but see if it bounces... i might get out before close...

Have to say, not sure where all these shares are coming from, though... there weren't THAT many visible trades lower than, to sell...
