EVERYONE tries to manipulate the sp to their own ends. it's just whether you're already in and so want it higher or looking to get in cheap and want it lower.

Are BoD saying they didn't approach auditors when they took over Bake and asked if they were able to manage it??? weren't the same issues relevant in 2024?

unless the takeover actively pushed them to turn down the work, i dont' really see where the problem is? it's certainly not the Treasury rns as that doesn't seem to have generated any transactions at all, barring lunch money?

You're under the misapprehension that the posters here have any clout on whether or not the offer is accepted?

it's the major fund managers/holders that will decide how this goes forward but i don't imagine for a moment that they haven't already done what they can to find other investors/interested parties.

just accept that 30p is now the new price. if there's better news out there it'll appear... but it's unlikely. so, get used to 30p.

If the alternative would be struggling to survive... the only other way i can see an alt solution would be for the funds to decide to invest further... but the idea that another company will now want to show interest and request yet more extensions so they can comprehensively go through the accounts is a non starter...

Yes, it IS where it is because they gave the market 24 hours to get out before suspension... not a lot that can be done about that... it takes as long as it takes but the company is still operating so whatever news comes can still be published.

you can't wish the accounts to be done quicker because shareholders are fretful...

They don't use 'retailers going out of their mind' as the timeframe for completing accounts. it takes as long as it takes...

what the company COULD do is release some rns to state they'd bought some discounted btc at sub £113k... and there's no reason for Metapay news to be witheld (in fact, it's pretty much illegal to withold info unless the argument is it's not price sensitive as the sp is suspended!

but, lets face it, we're clueless as to what they do, daily... esp. the ghostly of Wellesley who has contributed.... ???

(not knocking a 25% bump but what do folk think would happen at 80p if 90p is the target? it's why the sells keeps coming as the sp rises...imo)

Look at it honestly, the broker targets are only good as the sp drops. they were brilliant at 25p... they're not so hot at 75p. it's not really a surprise that the buys ebb aways as the price improves.

now, if the targets were for 200p then you'd have something but 90p is barely 25%... add a wide spread and...
