If it is like shareholders and how they are treated, then they are filling positions, not creating them. X

Thank you Worzel, someone who can speak sense at last. All I originally asked was a valuation on the company, wow, no one could answer and all you get is abuse. Then you ask there cannot be any good news as BOD have bought or allocated shares to themselves, again you get abuse. Then you get statements like "£50m I reckon" but how can that be if the BOD have allocated or bought shares as they would know this in their monthly accounts surely. It is just a load of rampers here and all I asked originally was a simple valuation question regards market cap. X

The problem with the CEO buying is that is that it shows there is no great news on the horizon, all this talk of taking over Europe and massive contracts do not exist else he would not be allowed to buy as it would be price sensitive.

What is everyone’s thoughts on trading on a day to day basis,if Helium are selling all off their shares, would it be wise and sell now, then watch the share price sink to rock bottom again in a free fall, wait until you think it has hit rock bottom, and then buy back double the amount of shares for the same price, and so on? It sounds silly but quick maths to me think I can make more money, or at least massively mitigate my already losses Any opinions here on making money for a change and investment on this type of scenario? X

I have done a little research on Helium, my information and what I have seen is that they are not long term shareholders, get in and out as quick as possible, maybe a year and make a fast buck investors. They are in here quite a long time, maybe a little too long for the funds liking? Not sure though but would make sense on todays performance. Perhaps, the fund has had enough and is losing patience, does anyone know if a fund would sty in until the bitter end, or sometimes they would be happy to take a loss? I expect the answer to be could be and depends on their own circumstances just like the smaller shareholder and just need the money to pay for Xmas etc, but worth debating. X

Also, while they are selling will that not keep dragging the share price down and down and down more, so they will want to get out quickly and as fast as they can, won't they? I don't understand why they will not want to do that Riz, what do you think they will be doing then and how they will sell. X

I expect they will want to sell as many as they can, and as fast as they can to get the best price for their shares. Do you think they will offload little by little then? X

Well if they are and what I know then they have until Monday to tell everyone they have. If it was them they will be offloading tomorrow with anger, I am setting my alarm clock early ready to press that sell button quick.

Same Movie, same theme MissG In an ideal world where there are lots of people trying to make the SP worth 6, 10p or more then okay, but the share will only be worth what it is, fundamentals of the business will ultimately stable the SP, what is this was my question which comes from profit right? My question is and has been what is it worth, you hopers on here believe possibly something that it is not, may be but no one can answer my question, not sure but no one can give credible answers anyway. I hear what everyone is saying, but I still do not get the valuation, normally people have research, numbers and lots of opinions why a share is worth what it is, in this case I just abuse back? Are we all just hiding from the truth on what the true value is I wonder? Does anyone have any research on market cap with just Redstone and Darkside and values to understand if this share is at its peak? X
