Not concern, saw on the main page as biggest decline and felt inclined to come here, as I said, was a rock solid company, all to play for, and management go feck it up.

Who knows what's going to happen with EUA, AIM is cesspit, including some distasteful peeps like yourself!!

Just goes to show anything is possible on AIM listed companies, poor management, dodgy deals and quite often underhand orchestration to rid of the shareholders.

This was once a solid company, I bought in summer of 2012, just under 5p, and bailed out tripling my investment, at the time I thought I had sold too early. Been on my watchlist ever since, and seen the slow decline, its so sad its got to this stage, no way this company should be on its knees, management are 100% accountable for the mess.

Very sad day, hope you peeps recover your losses elsewhere.

And remember the resident expert/guru was advising peeps to buy up to 50p only some 15 months ago...what possible could go wrong!

Deal will be confirmed when its done, dusted and sealed, until then no matter of complaining, moaning and whinging will change a thing, or boost the SP.

Offler, very true. Looking back since I started (2000), without exception, almost every share went up by 4 fold, had I sold at the top I would be sitting on £1m plus profits, but I'm not. The most difficult part is not when to buy, but when to sell. I've only come across few peeps who were/are so disciplined in that as soon as they achieve 30% they sell, ask them why sell when there is potential for 100%, they've simply stated 'where else am I going to get 30% returns' ?

Going back to when to sell, and I'm sure I'm not the only one, there's always that niggle, what if this rise is the real one, the SP could go another 4 fold and I'll miss out, it takes a genius to distinguish between rumour based rise and a rise based on 'The News'. In one way or another, greed takes over....!!

Jarv55, as much as we all want those kind of questions answered without any ambiguity, the reality is we won't get a straight answers, we'll be left to read the between the lines, everyman and his dog will have an opinion, and that will be start of a new round of bickering on here.

We'll get minimum financials, with the usual focus on asset/company sale. One thing is for sure, we'll know the cash position ins some shape or form and will be able to make our investments/trading positions.

Offler, agreed, If we're all honest, we've all suffered losses on some bad apples, some more than others, but a loss is a loss. We can only try and learn from the the experience, for me, success is normally combination of wins and losses (hopefully the latter being the lesser of the two), else we're all be investment geniuses and sitting on fortunes.

Of course, I do hope people make wins on here, as we saw on the last rise, sniff of news and the SP went up almost 4 fold. Its only my opinion, actual news and the SP will go through the roof, a sale between 25p to 35p is not unrealistic.

TheChessMaster, once the results come out we'll know the financial position, and then people will need to make their minds up, stay and put up, or sell and hopefully move on and not to return like a bad smell to bad the company.

TheChessMaster, I was in Amur for good 5 years, in the end came out with a loss. Sale or no sale went for for good 2 years, eventually BoD's hand was forced, only my opinion. Robin Young was the CEO, he was a complete disgrace, radio silence for years, he had complete disregard for the shareholders, in the end a dodgy deal was done, I believe he pocketed, but shareholders were pretty much wiped clean.

In normal circumstance the sale should been at some 20-25p, I think it went for 1.8p?

These are extraordinary times, I rather EUA stay under the radar as opposed to selling at a heavy discount, not to mention any haircut.

Perhaps Trump as president will pull the plug on this on-going conflict in some way or another.

GLG2...take a look through my posting history, especially just after the start of special operations, my wish was for everyone to recover their capital, and where possible make a packet, its all there in black and white.

My stance hasn't changed, I want anyone and everyone to make a packet....we're all here to make a profit to improve our lives in some shape or form, for some, its to boost their retirement next egg, for some to provide better education for their offspring and give them a better start in life, we all have reasons for investing.

Yes, totally hindsight with delight, I look back and wish I had sold at 40p, but you know what, I'm content what I made, a very good ROI.

At one point when the SP was .05p, I was underwater, and the moment it went above a penny I was in profit, simply putting it out there, and no doubt many will accuse me of being a fantasy trader, let them, I don't give a flying crap. I sleep very well at night!!

Look at my daily posts, no more than 10 at max, no ramping, no de-ramping, simply defending the company I'm still invested in.

GLG2...go back to my posts, I've already made a packet having bought way back end of 2018 and early 2019's, sold a large chunk between 12p and 28p, now have some 440k free carry.

No blessings needed, I don't moan and cry daily, I don't pour negativity onto EUA, I'm not some bitter and twisted ex share holder, and nor do spread doom & gloom in the hope to buy back lower.

So go go seek some metal health, spending endless hours posting on a share you're not invested in is not good for you.
