These are my views only; this is how events may unfold between now and Nov end.
1. Accounts get published, albeit with a red caveat that funds will run out by end of Nov
2. Funding - found to keep the business ticking over.
3. Sale of concentrate, to keep the business ticking over
4. Run with options 2 and or 3 in the hope a sale goes thru
5. Outright sale, however, it will be a fire sale, bit like AMC
6. If 1 to 5 don't materialise, then EUA get delisted
There aren't many crumbs of comfort left, having said that the BoD have big skin in the game, so if they feck it up we all lose. Situation is like AMC (I said it before a few times and got shot down), a fire sale, with dirty deals, directors rewarded handsomely, retail investor given zero choice, take it or leave it scenario.
AIM is slowly killing the golden goose, there are endless examples of companies with huge potential only to be sold for pittance, and or go under, i.e. GKP, XEL, SXX, FRR, these mentioned companies discovered massive resources but the management failed big time, in most cases the BoD weren't aligned with the shareholders.
Same goes here, directors of EUA have either mismanaged and or miscalculated, I think itβs the latter. We have the resource (no figures published though), the directors perhaps go greedy, had they pulled it off they would have been worshipped by some, they haven't, therefore now being crucified.
People going on about who called it right/wrong no purpose, if you are shareholder, happy clapper or not, if EUA goes into admin, then we all lose.
Nothing people say will alter the outcome, for the first-time things have become very and with a timeline. End of Nov, cash runs out, canβt publish accounts, then 31st Dec company get de-listed. Perhaps accounts wonβt get published until funding is found and in place, once again, who knows, its all smokes and mirrors.
