In the November webinar with CEO Charles Fitzroy, he mentions being listed on both AIM and OTC by year end!
What as delayed this listing, as I cant find anything company related on why its not happened.

Take all the cash from the Divi but leave all shares in EUA v.2.

Reinvest all the Divi cash back into EUA v.2

Alex was the president,CEO and director of Century Cobalt, who sold to TM1, who Alex is CEO!
I also noticed a few names from CC' s board are also on TM1.
Can anybody join up the dots ? It's a vague path I can't seem to unravel regards TM1's mineral acquisitions.

Just to put our Mcap into comparison with other newly formed lithium "plays".
Nova Minerals ( ASX ) have today IPO'd their spin out company, Snow Lake Lithium, on the Nasdaq exchange for $121M ( pre market )!!

Not comparing like for like but just shows you what's coming in this space .... hopefully.
