As a result of the Disposal Raglan Road Capital Limited is interested, in aggregate, in 24,697,347 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 8.99 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Cathal Friel and Raglan Road Capital have both entered into a two year restriction on sale of their Ordinary Shares (the "Locked-in Parties"). The Locked-in Parties have entered into irrevocable undertakings that they will not (and will procure, insofar as they are able, that any of their associates will not) dispose of any interest in ordinary shares for a period of 12 months following the Disposal, save in certain very limited circumstances. The Locked-in Parties have each also undertaken that they will not (and will procure, insofar as they are able, that any of their associates will not) dispose of any interest in Ordinary Shares for a period of 12 months following the first anniversary of the Disposal unless such disposal is effected through Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited ("Shore Capital"), to ensure an orderly market ("Orderly Market Period"). Sam, there are in total 40 number of shareholders. Their names, number of shares, % holdings were listed below on my previous post. The total number of VS shares in circulation are 6,771,964. Of which LEG owns 473,405 (6.99%) which is the 4th largest shareholder. Our LEG, CEO Zafer owns 169,433 (2.5%) shares and Thomas Reuner LEG director owns 151,558 (2.24%) are the 9th and 11th in the list. It is worth noting Zafer and Thomas only hold 1.83% and 0.33% of LEG shares. These are facts. I hope the VS help me to get out of this.

LEG's VS holdings shares will be diluted to pay off Karim expenses and his salary but his holdings of 2.5% in VS and other companies will appreciate.... He will definitely do well! I thought this information would be useful to you all LEG shareholders. Good Luck.

Does anyone know the current Pageant holding (%) in HUM? It is not appearing as one of the Major shareholders anymore! I have got rid of almost 1.9 million shares taken 50% loss. I still kept another 2 million hoping the VS could reward me b4 Karim dump more warrants in the market. Since the VS story LEG shares have been diluted and the share price has gone down from almost 0.35 down to 0.1. I won't be surprised it this go even lower only because of the attitude of Karim towards his shareholders. btw, Thank you SL79 for all the facts and arguments. I am one of the fools who believed him. from the IBS valuation,12% - $1.1 million = �845,000 to us LEG shareholders and our CEO Karim get big slice of that because of his holdings in LEG. PLUS he gets extra 39% of IBS share value of over $3.4 million = excess of �2.5 million PLUS of course his salary from LEG. Not bad - he is doing much more than "feathering his nest" in the expense of LEG shareholders! Can he get away with his conflict of interests?
