Not many buys to make a big difference to sp here. I believe worst is over and sustained though small recovery has been maintained. Its been on the bottom and currently I am 13% up. Patience here will be rewarded imo

my last entry was 1057. Tempting now at 1038, very tempting, but fear is kicking in that we might see sub 1000 before we go up this time. I don't know what centiment is driving it down so low, but it seems to still be there. Watching, trigger ready.

The only dampener I forsee is if they may have had significant trouble with waste when slicing. Re swiss order to develop slicing machine. Because of this I am with Dasv, having sold close to the pre release high and hoping to catch the news early if it goes up. No one has a crystal ball, so its all about managing risk.

It is more accurate to read the LSE rns release on their site than to rely on re written news on other sites. Caught this one within seconds of it being released so rebought.

They are saying the pipeline WAS NOT placed in the fire protected area. The contractor built some kind of structure there. It is not clear how this "structure" is associated with the pipeline, if at all, but it would be a relatively easy task to correct. There is no suggestion there is a problem with the pipeline itself so we can expect production on time.

Further to Imperial Energy’s announcement this morning, the Company would like to clarify certain matters arising out of the Ministry of Natural Resources statement. The statement referred to violations. The company does not confirm that there are any violations of a material nature. Furthermore, the statement by the Ministry refers to pipeline construction within the fire protection zone and performed at the contractors fault. Imperial does not consider there to be any fault and wishes to state that all necessary permits and approvals for the construction and location of the pipelines are in its possession.

This part of the rns was interesting; "Representatives of the company, in their turn, assured that the company was prepared to remedy all violations, noting that the pipeline construction within the fire protection zone had been performed at the contractors’ fault, and the company was not informed about that. Representatives of the company also advised that they would provide all reserve data for the purposes of inclusion into the state reserve records in relation to all license areas for which data were not provided previously." Does this mean that perhaps a section of pipeline needs to be diverted causing delays?

sell price currently 562. There must be high confidence in good news to come very shortly. I am wondering whether I should halve these before then and just run the profit or be greedy and risk the lot. Could do with a bit of luck after recent fall on ace. Decisions, decisions!

has been my buy motto on this one and I've managed a couple of reasonable profits as a result. No guarantees as usual, but I was in a couple of weeks ago at 38p. Hasn't got above 40 since and is struggling now. I won't add to this one, but if I wasn't in I would be considering it now.

Would not dare advise anyone on this one. Its been on my watchlist for a long time. The directors have all shelled out into the enlarged capital and together they paid over £210k. That to me shows a united positive outlook, plus the price is almost 24% less than they paid. They have begun to use CeNeS again in Germany in one clinic and expect the go ahead now for others quite soon. IMO this is worth a punt now to reclaim any losses previously incurred. I haven't put too much in, just 17k shares today but if they go up to anything like true value this year when they are fully operational again there will be good profit potential here.
