The MBU shares settle tomorrow, so the last flipping shares will be today, to settle T1. The negotiations were protracted, so MBU wants the cash PQD. I expect the sp to start rising into close and continuing on tomorrow, but then, I am an investor of very little brain!

Double next year.

I meant the MBU sale, which as you say was NOT a placing.

Yes, I know who bought the 22m+ from MBU, but not much point in divulging that, because most (all) were sold by them to individual brokers, who passed them to retail clients. I don’t know if the original buyer kept the 18p-17.1p as cash, or just retained the uplift as stock. I would have done the latter, if I were them, but I’m materially less wealthy than they.

Sorry, I don’t. I get the impression that most of the stock went to PIs, but apart from my investing buddy, I don’t know anyone else that bought the placing. We plan on holding for dividends, but obviously the vast majority have already been flipped. 10-18% profit in a day is a fantastic return for a trade that had zero risk, as far as I was concerned.

I also bought at 20.75p. I may sell those around 25p, but haven’t decided 100%.

I think this MBU sale may have delayed some news on developments, so I think l’ll see if we get news Monday or Tuesday to decide.

Great stock to be in for the run up to dividends.
