The water-operated alljig® jigging machine is efficient and reliable in operation. The alljig® fluidizes the feed material by pulsating water forming layers of grains according to their density and subsequently separates the heavy material from the stratified material bed.

Electronic sensors are used to automatically monitor and control the precise discharge of heavy particles contained in the feed. alljig® jigging machines create a physically stable and individually adjustable optimal jigging stroke at minimal energy consumption by means of air-pulsed water.

These machines provide capacities ranging from 5 tph up to 700 tph. The process of efficient separation and cleaning of feed material is applicable to grain sizes from 150 millimeters down to less than 1 millimeter.

As long as we are churning out 270,000 mtu of WO3 concentrate next year, I can live with a $5/mtu drop.

Oldie, that is just dirt dirt, not ore dirt, as it is going away from the crushers, which aren’t finished yet! It may be being used to create the ROM platform ramp.

Bobtree, the only thing the old concentrator needs is new ore!! Stick another set of spiral separators on it and run it 24/7.

That will make a good few quid while we wait for the new concentrator.

Bobtree, my guess is that they keep processing the tailings, for training purposes, plus using the spoil for concreting, while the new plant is commissioned.

Get the new plant up and running with the old concentrator, then commission the new concentrator, get that working, then send the old concentrator to Régua.

Use the available kit at Régua with the old LP concentrator.

Maybe next year, after production, produce the FID.
