How does that equate to a need for a placing?

jaf, as I recall it, I said it was the best deal he could get at the time. I also said it would be renegotiated, when derisked.

Caja Rural gave them 1.75% on €3m. Not saying they will get that for $30m, but 7-8% will be a massive improvement.

Shard has very conservative price targets, but at least it is in the public domain now. Even with a low TP, it compares extremely well against ORM.

I hope Ormonde succeeds as well, but it does highlight what amazing value we have in WRES.
