It was a fixed price, fixed term contract. It would be absurd if there were no penalties for late performance. Of course no-one here can prove that, without sight of the contract.

The sp is low and the p/e is negative NOW because we haven’t started large scale production. That is why I am buying NOW and have been for several years.

The sp will be high and the p/e will be positive, AFTER we start large scale production. Then I will sell some to buy a permanent home in Portugal and keep some to fund my retirement with dividends.
