RE: We don’t need facts to be changed29 Jul 2020 17:15
Chaps, I have to agree with all your points.
Moving to quarterly was a given, once production was underway and for certain, no-one factored in COVID or duff gear. With the €300k plant improvement, we have to expect corresponding improvements in uptime and tin/tungsten recovery. If we achieve that, then I hope Mr Masterman will take the opportunity of updating the market, once he ascertains that the improvements as sustainable. Perhaps he will even move to monthly reporting, if we start to motor.#
It's about flexibility, which I think he manages very well, and shareholder communication, which I sometimes think he regards as an optional extra.
History tells me that I overbought in June. Them's the breaks, but when the dust has settled, the jorc is still the jorc and the strip ratio is insignificant. Water and energy is to hand. Plant is all there and, by and large, working. Without wishing to get too technical, I think all we have to do is take out the rolly, squashy part and replace it with the pumpy, thumpy part.
Let's see what transpires.
