My broker told me that IG charge £150 to vote a block of shares at a meeting. Can anyone confirm this? I’m assuming that the HL, Barclays nominees are not charged anything, since no-one has mentioned it.

daierasa, I think the only certainty is that SB and CICC staff are being paid.

This is an essential difference between “them” and “us”. If they did not get paid until we listed, my spider senses tell me they would get a wiggle on. They will always pay themselves as much as they want, within the bounds of what they have, cum credit limit, but while they operate in the shadows, we will never know.

I’m not currently in RMS at present, so will not be voting against the new warrants. Are any other holders subject to charges in respect of voting? I can’t see many IG nominees forking out £150 to vote down the warrants.
