Vinanz listing today, David Lenigas and lackey admin Pete said they were close to raising £1m but according to vinanz’s RNS they raised £755k before expenses. More horse manure from them.
Good luck to the people risking money in that.

You can sugar coat this piece of sheet all you want but end of the day it’s a piece of sheet you’ve invested in.

BOD have a hell of a job to deliver what they have promised shareholders. Tbh It’s all pie in the sky.
Yet they have always kept their shareholders in the dark…

Therefore, revenue is relatively small for an exchange.

I may be wrong but I believe the GSX is a ‘listing venue’ not a ‘working market’.
For example, debt securities are listed on the exchange for a fee (listing fees downloadable on the GSX website).
GSX do not ‘trade’ the debt securities, making no money from the transactions.

So word from the rampy telegram group is the GSX actually only generates approx £1.5m per annum in revenue NOT $12m as some people assume.
Also, it’s only a listing exchange NOT a trading exchange.
£1.5 revenue, is it making a profit or loss? That revenue would be just about enough to pay the BOD salaries.

Could be the reason why it’s on the cheap side for Vlrm to purchase.

Doesn’t matter whether it’ll affect the Mcap, it’s the fact there has been no update from the company regarding this. Like they’ve swept in under the rug and hope nobody finds out.
