Where’s this shareholder value Patrick and Richard keep mentioning in previous RNS’s?

All we see is the chairman and BOD’s taking home a handsome paycheck every month and shareholders losing more and more of their investment.

This is criminal to say the least!!!!

It’s a Shambles or Scam, whatever you want to call it.

It’s clear from this latest issue of shares that RP does not have the funding sorted. Not many business days left till 28th July deadline. Squeaky bum time 😬

100% the deal can collapse. You’ve read the company’s RNS history and hopefully see the red flags.

Go back to Pcge RNS’s and you’ll see a similar story to what’s playing out here and that didn’t end well for Pcge shareholders.

Tbh he doesn’t need shares, he’s paid the big bucks at vlrm. First 6 months I believe his fee was £280k.

Another note regarding funding, there’s a high probability of dilution of some sort. Some more pain to come for shareholders.

Where funding is concerned, it doesn’t help vlrm with RP’s track record. I mean his best mate and partner in crime is David Lenigas. That says it all.

Also, look at the share price history of vlrm and their current mcap. RP’s good at dangling carrots so time will tell.

I’ve said it for a long time now, bod’s need to forfeit their salaries until they deliver a revenue generating company. Latest accounts will show if this is so or the bod’s continue to get paid large sums whilst delivering nothing to date. Shareholder value? It’s non-existent 😂

They may get an extension on the GSX but do not know for sure. If they don’t, then all they have left is NFT strategy that is mysteriously valued at £30-35m. LOL.

Ps. Latest accounts will show if vlrm do actually own 50% of the GSX or merely hold a security for 50% of it.

The company will try anything and everything in an attempt to pump the share price. They need to raise more money than their own mcap I think and the BOD’s will need paying also 😉 imo.

John.M I suggest you manage your expectations with Vlrm. Until they deliver it’s all ‘pie in the sky’.

Not sure if you’re still in the echo chamber but there was talk of summer 2024 for any serious revenue as IF GSX is completed, any ‘work’ on the GSX will require further regulatory approval. So prepared to give this investment 5-10 years imho.
