Generally in keeping with the positive soundbites RENE issue. Timely as well given SP slide. Hopefully a further RNS to show real, actual advancement on one of the streams will be forthcoming soon; something meaty for investors to get their teeth in to. For the record RENE has not responded to my e-mail in relation to SP / progress.
1.45 pre consol. Still grim reading, but 2p is factually incorrect
Fantasy - one must get used to the dry humour of long term resident Amtech. Agree is it a good RNS. I wonder what it will take to really move the dial on this.
I have e-mailed the company today in relation to the sliding share price and RENE's performance generally.
Number of ordinary shares % of issued share capital what are these holders thinking at the ongoing decline? Woodford Investment Management LLP 35.48% Wales Life Sciences Investment Fund LP 9.50% Invesco Limited 9.25% Aviva plc & its subsidiaries 5.70%
I've not read back all the posts today and great to see such enthusiasm today, but for most LTH this has more than a bit to go and a 52week high of 10p doesn't even get remotely close to many averages..... Still, it is good news as I had written off this dog
a 10% rise followed by a slight drop to +7% is stretching the things little on a P&D front.
399k just before close - shown as a buy as just ahead of mid-price. Positioning pre-consol?
buys?
yes, it really is suffering short-term. Appears friendless just now (apart from Woody!) - lets hop he has got his mojo back and this is a winner
There is an obsession with dilution. 50m+ in the bank lets not forget. How many small pharmas have that? At current price, market currently places no value on any of the streams.
It goes beyond that (director benefit) - it also means we will not be sinking any more cash in to the project, which is major.
II investment at .45 (a premium). Interesting.
Unusual.....
hitman - the market cap of RENE will remain the same, so it's a question of dividing the MC by the revised number of shares.
Norn - where are you getting the cash burn / 2 years funding from? That equates broadly to an annual cash burn of £25m by your timescale. Can you confirm please. I also note this could be the 4th blue day in a row - perhaps a combination of sector sentiment and RNSs
Indeed Monte. No one actually responds to the posts now. Due to this they have become much less regular. May eventually drop off once the penny drops on how futile the process being followed is
It is an interesting development, certainly. However, I think the market is a little concerned with the costs for this move. I personally see it as a positive - but time will tell.
seem to be blowing through ACP. Could the Phoenix arise? As a LTH I'm not getting carried away.
Also AK appointed to the board RNS please
