Don't believe the second part of that for a fraction of a milisecond. They could easily be replaced by Non EU staff, but ideally the more that leave the more the government will be forced to train British DR's and nurses for free.

Instead of Bright British minds having to go abroad to train as Dr's. The standard of care from Foreign Dr's is not as good either... just over one third of Foreign born Dr's are responsible for over half of all Medically fit to practice tribunals.

Scotland doesn't have the same problems with immigration as England has, hence why it voted to remain. Immigration has been tiny to Scotland, I'm Scottish, but I've lived all over England. I live in England now...

The polls all showed immigration was the number one reason. But I also agree with you on other people telling us what to do. Especially other people none of our people even voted for.

No problems there, I'm already DBS cleared. My last job was an IT infrastructure engineer for 2 years, I worked and lived in India... obviously I have no education, I just winged it.

You're right Snige, the Immigration service needs more resources. This is why I would happily work for them for free, and I'm certain the uptake for voluntary work would be massive.

I'd love to help with the deportations of those that shouldn't be here. I'd take great pleasure in it.

I hope the government offers voluntary positions with the immigration service, the take up would be massive. In fact I'd actually pay the immigration service to let me work for them for free :-D

As long as we take back control of our own country and immigration... the economy can take a hit, I don't care... we will recover. And when we are totally free to make deals with the other 85% of global trade... we will adapt and eventually flourish outside of the EU.

The better we do, the more likely other EU countries will leave too... then we get to see it all falling down around the un-elected bureaucrats ears.
