Yeah I park away from the crowds too... I always go to the opposite end of the car park, as far away from any cars as possible... so any muppet trying to be difficult, that wants to park their clapped out van next to mines can't be bothered to walk haha.

But if the little one's in the car, I use the baby spaces... the paint is usually thick enough for the markings to stop a stray shopping trolling rolling into my car.

I have zero doubt that if we had "proportionate voting" the working class (for a start) would abandon the Conservatives and Labour... parties like UKIP and For Britain, or a similar nationalist party yet to emerge would get most of their votes. A lot of the middle class would too.

But right now people vote Conservative to stop Labour screwing their happiness... but if Labour gets in and causes enough trouble due to the Conservatives being no longer "Conservative"...

That could be what the country needs to have the courage to try something different for a change.

Labours idea is a stupid one.

1. Disincentivises companies to grow past 250 employees as the directors then lose 10% equity and income in their companies. For some directors this will mean dropping below 51% and losing control of their company.

2. Raises prices for everyone as companies have to raise the prices of the products they sell to make up for the loss in income from the 10% they have to give away.

3. Disincentivises investment. What company would invest to grow their company, if it meant hiring more employees and losing 10% of the equity in their business.

Conclusion: Typical Marxist policy, it will do more harm than good.

It doesn't matter if the politicians can agree. All that matters is what the majority of the British people voted for. That will not be forgotten what ever these self serving scumbags deliver. They will be punished at the ballot box, so if Corbyn needs to get it to screw the country even more so that all these tactical voters finally decide to vote for a patriotic nationalist party, then so be it.

Germany is not going to like a No Deal. As someone else said, do you notice that nearly all this bullying rhetoric coming from the EU comes from the un-elected EU commission... it's not coming from the individual leaders of the member states very often. Sure they make an occasional remark, but the majority of it comes from the un-elected bureaucrats.

Judging by how Jean Claude Drunker was sent to the USA with his tail between his legs after Trump threatened 25% tariffs on EU cars... Germany is worried about their car industry. The UK is BMW's 4th largest car market in the world, after the USA, Germany and China... if big retaliatory tariffs are put on EU cars, BMW will lose most of it's UK customers. As will VW and Mercedes.

Remember Angela Merkels government hangs on by the skin of it's teeth after they lost so many seats to the AFD (Alternative For Deutschland) the Anti Immigrant/Anti Islam Party... they took 6 months to form a government, and now they are worried about it collapsing... I can imagine loads of job losses due to losing their 4th biggest market won't be welcome.

And the trade dispute between the USA and the EU is not over. No tariffs have actually been removed... if it turns nasty with them, and the UK tag teams them with the USA... that's the 1st and 4th biggest markets almost lost.

Also Rara, if it's a No Deal there will be some short term temporary pain whilst we negotiate trade deals with countries outside of the EU. The EU bullies clearly want to deliberately cause us as much harm as possible to try and sicken us into backing down.

They know that if the UK makes a success of Brexit, their days are numbered. Because other countries will gain the courage to do the same, then it's bye bye EUSSR.

I think it's fairly obvious by now what the EU's Strategy must be. To give Treason May's government the worst possible deal to ensure Labour vote against it in parliament. Labour has already said they would demand a general election, and failing that a second referendum.

So far...

1. The EU has not agreed to her Chequers plan, not any concessions.
2. Labour have a 6 step test that seems impossible to pass without literally staying in the EU.
3. The ERG will vote down anything that doesn't honour the referendum result.

We could end up with a stalemate where Treason May refuses to step down, she refuses Labours call for a general election and she refuses a second referendum. If Corbyn calls a general election and can't get enough votes... but won't vote for her deal either then I'm genuinley stumped as to what would happen.

All I know is if the Conservative party don't deliver the referendum result they have no chance of being in power after the next general election because 70% of Conservative voters, voted to Leave. They won't switch to Labour, some won't vote, some will vote UKIP and For Britain and enough marginal seats could be lost to cause a Corbyn government.

And it will be the Tory's faulty for picking a Remainer who took 2 years and 3 months to finally say she believes in Brexit. The Conservatives deserve to lose the next election if they don't deliver the referendum result.
