He's what most people want for a PM here, but won't say. Even the polls are wrong, the polls on the lead up to his election had him quite a bit behind Crooked Hilary. The wife said she was sticking £500 on Trump to win. I said no chance he'll win... she put it on anyway and told me, even on the polls people won't say what they really think because it's seen as socially unacceptable.

I said, but it's an anonymous poll... she said it doesn't matter, caught of guard they won't tell the truth. She predicted Brexit would happen to on the same basis and both did. She's made quite a few quid out of it.

I think Trump is great, I'm sick of all the Marxists of this world masquerading as Leftists trying to shoot people down for having an opinion. I love seeing them angry about Trump knowing there's exactly feck all they can do about it hahaha.

It's only a matter of time before the UK votes in someone similar. The politicians think they have all the power, they don't... the people do. We give them it. Eventually our country will have the balls to elect someone that actually implements what they promised before election like Trump is.

If Treason May actually delivered what the UK voted for... It would be better for the UK and USA to tag team the EU so that when ever the EU hit one of us with tariffs we could double hit them... eventually they'd cave in or the economic downturn would collapse the EU quicker. It's going to happen anyway... would just speed things up.

The USA has massive trade deficits, it can't do nothing. If they don't want to negotiate, then Trump has no choice. Most people moaning will be losing money in the market no doubt. But did they say anything positive when Trump's election raised the market strongly? Doubt it

I'm not saying you're wrong you might be right mate, but the Subpoena happened not long after Glencore started paying Gertler in EURO's.

Unless off course the sanctions on Gertler were deliberate knowing that a big chunk of Glencore's business is in the Congo and they'd have no choice but to pay him.

On one hand they look the most likely to cave in as Trump can hit them with more than they can hit him. On the other hand, China is very cash rich from what I've read... so it all depends how stubborn they want to get.

The thing is, it's probably not Trump going after Glencore. There's a whole team of people trying to bring Trump down in American in the FBI etc... I wouldn't be surprised if it's some of Obama's cronies.

I've been in 100% cash for weeks. I don't think it's going to blow over quickly. The EU will fight till the bitter end, as will Canada.

China are the only chance of caving in earlier... the USA has far more to chuck at China, than China it.

The EU will still trade with us, we could do it on WTO terms until they came to their senses. If they don't then they can take a hit... whilst we make trade deals with the rest of the world, that their individual countries are prohibited from doing without EU approval.

But for me I don't care about the economics, I'd happily take a nasty recession on the chin to take control of our Laws, and borders again.

We're the 5th biggest economy of course we have, we'd have even more if we teamed up with the USA. If we had the right leader, they and Trump could tackle the big corps too.

Or even smarter, lower the corporations tax so they don't feel the need to dodge it as much. And undercut the EU if we properly left the EU.... evidence has actually shown lower Corporations tax brings more in.

The UK wouldn't take on the tax dodging of the multinational corporations by itself due to who's in charge. About the only positive I've seen from Jeremy Corbyn is the fact that he said he would tackle it.

The Tories aren't interested... it comes down to who the leader is. But that alone is not enough for me to vote for Corbyn... There's so many reasons outweighing that.

The UK is the 5th biggest economy in the world, it could easily tackle the tax dodging corporations... they will still do business here, they would lose too much money not doing so.
