"Future drilling opportunities

The updip appraisal of the Jurassic target encountered in MOU-4 is a key objective of the Company.

Three preliminary drilling locations are being selected for inclusion in a new Environmental Impact Assessment ("EIA").

Well design and sourcing of long lead well inventory has commenced.

A field trip is being planned for the autumn to evaluate the reservoir potential of the entire interval of interest in Jurassic surface exposures to the south of the Guercif licence area.

Geochemical source rock quality and maturation studies, including evidence for migrated gas, for the Jurassic section penetrated in the MOU-4 well are expected to be completed in September.

Two other near-term drilling opportunities are also being assessed, one location covered by an existing EIA and the other to be added to the new EIA. Evaluation of the higher pressure shallow gas encountered in MOU-3 and a southwest extension of the MOU-3 structure would be the targets for future drilling.

More than ever Morocco needs this prd gas project to be successful together with all other projects such as char's.

They will help significantly in rebuilding livelihoods and communities across the country in years ahead.

Guercif region where prd operates is fine and the earthquake though very sad may actually speed up government decision process with regards to lots of investment and development projects across Morocco .

The normal rules for the Scheme provide for the Exercise Price to be a price equal to the 6 month VWAP of a Share immediately preceding the grant of a SAR which in the present case would be 0.53p per Share, but in view of the decline in the Company's share price a higher Exercise Price has been agreed at 1.21p -- approximately double the Company's share price at the time of settling the Award.

To award management at 100% Higher than today's price says a lot.

After the sharp rise on Monday to 0.80p resistance and retreating to close yesterday at 0.66p , This looks ready and poised to rise to 1p later this week.
