3000 carats of top high end gem diamonds should achieve at least $2k per carat. Thats $6 million you looking at there.

They just achieved $1084 for 216 carats of mixed high grade diamonds.

If you.look at alll the Company's communications, they always said will take their time with the selling of the top quality high end diamonds where most of the value is.

I expect nothing less than $5 million from that lot.

If the can achieve over a $1,000 per carat for approx 200 carats of mixed high grade diamonds expect at least $3,000 per carat for top quality higher grade gem diamonds of about 3,000 carats yet to be dold.

If a few of us investors come together and approach Sanderson with funds of say 500k pounds.

Total current liabilities $12,063m.

Read across the $16 million for 75% of Mako and you realise whether eme has 8.5% or not is insignificant compared to the Company's debt.

Mr H, right now reading across from the Conrad farm out , the best EME will get on cash for the 8.5% is $2 million. And that 8.5% has been taken away by Conrad.

The immediate concern is the $15 company has in debt.

As of yesterday EME has nothing share in Mako and therefore cannot comment of the farm out deal.

Even if they fight and get back the 8.5% share , 75% of Mako has been farm out for $16 million cash, that makes 8.5% of Mako $2 million.

Total company debt is approximately $15 million.

Rns in Oz last night means conrad now owns 100% of Mako and have farm out 75% of it for $16 million. Conrad retains 25% and is free carried to "first phase of Mako development "EME is finished.

And the truth is EME will be lucky to get $5 million for the 8.5% share of Mako.

Always knew it will all end in tears.

Now once 8.5% share of Mako is lost to Conrad how will EME settle her $15 million of total debt to creditors.

Company is effectively broke.
