Yes, you are right, Derek Myers was non-executive director who resigned May 2023 and the annual report shows him holding 44.76m shares. Now it is showing as some 42m (10.86%). So a reduction. I wonder if this overhang is depressing the share price or if this could act as a springboard for someone else. BTW, google search shows Derek Myers at some Energy Action company in Australia.

The combined group should be very well placed in its niches. Merger is by issuing shares thus preserving cash. The share price should make a rapid recovery as the operational synergies are realised; high ARR deserves premium rating.

Share price was approaching 200p 2 years back when the gold price was almost $300 lower. With rising dividends as well as new reserves, it can't be long before the yield pushes this stock, highly geared to the gold price, back on the growth trajectory.
