I am not a very knowledgable investor, but it seems crazy that this stock languishes at give away prices

when it has

1.5 million oz

gold at 4000 plus

2 top level investors

a good team on the ground

We see junior exploration outfits with no gold valued higher than this

Is it the big sales that are constantly going through keeping it down and if so who would want to be selling at this stage

I cant believe market sentiment is causing this

Would welcome informed opinion

but I imagine there are a number of retail holders with big holdings under the 3 %

The latest talk puts development into 2027, so there may well be 2 more fundraisings

dilution again. The directors should offer the loyal shareholders a chance to join at the price

of the raise, I dont think thats ever happened, has it?

Anyone got a clue as to who's selling off big tranches of stock at give away prices, difficult to

understand when gold is at all time high and landore has 1,5 million oz, with very likely

much more, even without the possibility of improving the present grades.

Uncertainties around the world suggest that gold will sustain there high levels, why sell?

In my opinion,for years Landore has been in reality a private fiefdom

and we all know how that worked. Now we have professional management.

Already seeing a considerable change, not least that we are kept informed.

Some fairly big parcels being sold considering the market size and that

at last things are moving in the right direction, why sell now?

Any views on that one appreciated

Gold steadily climbing Landore steadily falling, Why?

The recent small fundraising among the directors and BH was only enough for operating exes

not drilling. They have around 450,000 due in May from the Lithium sale and a further 750,000

in November; maybe they can borrow against the bigger wedge in the short term, but they will need more for drilling and

associated costs for a whole season. They will need maybe 1 to 1.5 million. With the shares as they are the BOD would need to dilute the share base by near to 100% even if they can find an investor

Has anybody got any ideas of how the move forward? The situation seems bleak

This is off their website. Have you ever read such self serving anodyne rubbish. The so called committee are

directors, awarding themselves massive salaries, share options etc for what? 1.5 million oz and a 2,5 p share price!

Not so good at actually managing. If anyone can remember 'The Three Stooges' Well here they are

I understand that any buyer for Landore, or any junior miner, will want 2-3 million ounces proven reserves . At present
they have 1 million in the indicated category. There is talk here of a buyer looming. Surely
a buyer will wait out the next drilling season and then see what Landore has to offer. So the earliest would be say mid 2023

Thanks V Much for the opinion. I have been in Landore since the beginning and hold
a large wedge of stock. All this recent stuff doesn't do the nerves any good.Lost a lot
in Patagonia Gold which is a bad and sad memory

Why would Huddleston holder of 10% of the company, bought at around 20+ P or less not wait at most a year for his shares to be worth north of 100P. Doent make sense
