1sttime predictable !!! I did not say "every trade" now did i ?? I researched VC investors who say they expect 10x return EVEN IF there is a very good chance it will be a succesful business. ITs their numbers game! The ii is not a VC investor so i halved the expectation. I did this because if the deal breaks down reality is whilst they will not lose long term,short term there will be a large fall in sp. I dont think this will happen fwiw but until pen hits paper its possible. Ergo a 5x return is a reasonable expectation IN THIS INSTANCE!!

These guy will be expecting a 5 bagger for that kind of risk ( my opinion ) VC investors expect 10x return so i have moderated their expectations a little !!! They could have bought on the open market bellow what they paid but that would have spiked the sp so i think they decided on balance this was a safer option. In adition they asked for more !! You may be right mooching BUT i hold the view that they are out on loan and ii dont lend to themselves! they would hedge with x100 leverage cfd most likely. Why pay interest on loaned shares to hedge shares you own when you can cfd the hedge ?? The 0.5 % isnt large but its still millions and if those shorts switch to long it is in ecess of 30 million is it not???
