this may or may not have been mentioned before but i missed the successfully bit of the quote" successfully completed its due diligence" Am i being over possitive to suggest the normal term is simply completed D/D ? I mean if there were not specifics mentioned that they needed to confirm before moving forward ???
The proposal therefore had caveats ! Those caveats have been "successfully" due dil-ed
So my read is the buyer has successfully answered the questions it had via d/d and can now formalise the " proposal" ??
Sound like symantics but im annoyed i missed that ! personally i think its kinda huge choice of words !!!
