I think the potential buyers listing jurisdiction is secondary to the seller! Mainly because logically the seller has a decision to make yet the buyer could fire off multiple low ball offers to multiple targets should they wish too but a seller has a decision to make ie do we recomend or decline. Im sure where possible agreement would be reached but ultimately the seller is the one where to bod has a decision to make and the buyer's bod presumably already has ergo the seller notifying its shareholders should logically take precedence where agreement cannot be agreed upon ???

If you pay attention the sp will often spike before and rns even when the news does not warrent it. My take is they get a call ( call it research assistant lol )or insider, So they are aware one is logged but thnkfully not whats in it. Their reaction time is due to the fact they know its coming and have two large trades one buy one sell locked and loaded and uber fast platform so the "heads up " is really all they need to beat every lesser mortal to the punch

AND the nomad will not be able or willing to allow things to run outside of aim rules ( 40 day rule ) indefinately NOR would the " buyer" Its all well and good to field other offers but the serious buyer will not like open ended time lines in case it is simply a competitor ( which it would be ) trying to force the buyer to pay more !!
If i had gone to all that trouble with dd ect and was stalled because there MIGHT be a counter offer i would be demanding it go public under aim 40 days rule put up or shut up to the couter offer/s.

but these 3% here 2% there movements are no good unless you are accumulating ! If you want to average down you need it to rise as well. been looking at the sp history we have had 10p rise in a week, 15p rise in a week and multiple 10/20% rise weeks so with a little luck we are due another blistering rise to allow them to churn their average or better yet a bit of eagerly anticipated news.
