Reason is simple they will get advanced warning of news but not the contents SOOOOO too high they miss profit if the news is good, too low they miss opportunity to get out close to their buy in price if the news is bad, unlikely but bigs dont playn with maybes they want win wins !!
Trading range of 23/28 i reckon until news, enought to churn but within a nice win win band for them.
