The shorts are trying to cover imho
Its almost religiously sold off hard at open to that end
Reckon we will see 260 this week

I will not make the same mistake as their and sell below my PT and go long with calls
PT for BAB (for me) is 4 minimum by end of 2021
I have loaded up on some Dec 21 calls up 30% already - expecting to make some good money

Dont let the big boys shake you out - my calculations suggest a 4.50 valuation on this
And when things reopen and the govt budgets on defence start getting allocated, BAB will benefit

So true! I bought ITV back in July @ 62. Only regret is that I didnt go in with calls.

I did the calc in terms of P/Rev and P/cash at hand and in bank.
Just bought a few hundred in Dec 220 calls when this was at 204. Lets see how it goes.

My analysis suggests the intrinsic price for BAB is 4.75.
And that BAB is trading at a big discount in terms of FCF and sales relative to peers.
I have talked to a friend that works at Bab****.
He tells me with the new CEO the culture at the firm has really improved.
And that their Early Careers Recruitment is really good, recruiting lots of great new talent.
Also that the future for the company is bright with all the new Defence spending that will occur.
He told me some of their Aviation business is for the NZ Navy which has been more resilient.
Also he thinks they have the potential to move into more boat building than just servicing and have done this already.
He is bullish on the stock as am I and I think I will load up on some 220 year end calls.

Bought some April 16 5.8 calls last Thursday (on 14/1) when SP was @245.
Knew the market had over-reacted
Sold just before market close today for a 78% profit
Expect this to go higher from here and own some stock

There is nothing imo that you are not seeing, the valuation is nuts. And I think the market is under-estimating the longevity of video conf tech and the successes that Loop will enjoy in this arena. I dipped in a toe previously at 84 but am getting ready to go in big tomorrow anything under 75 if possible

I would be very surprised, bar a Black Swan event, if this dips below 530. At the March lows is crazy for a business with it's fundamentals. Something positive in next update should send this higher imo.

I used IRBK. Pretty wide bid ask spreads and doesn't seem to be any volume but I thought I'd give it a go, as SP is silly low.

Just added a small position at 84 before close. Sufficiently satisfied we have bottomed now and the signs are bullish. Will be adding more if I get a chance in the 70s.

Well it hit around 70p within a day of me wanting it to! That was fast as hell! Glad I have taken the time to be patient with the entry here. Will wait till we see a reversal in sentiment - down quite hard today, really not surprised if it dips more tomorrow but cannot see it going down much lower than surely 60p but the market can do crazy things.
Chart reading doesn't tell you much (well most of the time lol) and hard to see where the support is, after such a massive fall and being around where we were in Jan. Chart is weird haha

Good of you to admit that you think it could drop further, despite being long. It needs a catalyst to get back up.
