What's your thoughts on the 4 big buys this week equating to 75k and Bo with his 30k in April.

I have received a email on farmout updates from WH

Farmout still in progress , specifically mentions EG licence.

Not in shareholders interest to make public comments.

Looking to secure best possible result.

Will issue RNS update as soon as appropriate.

So fair play to WH for replying, let's hope he can get this over the line.

4 buy trades this week £75000, equates to 1.5% of company.

I think Heyco would be very interested at that price, for UK assets alone.

A similar scenaro played out at Hurricane Energy.

A revolt happened against the board and the share price went from around 1p upto 12p.

I maybe see the sale of Wressle with planning approval, a special dividend of lets say 1p and the rest towards more exploration in EG

i don't see a full sale, particularly with BO buying 30k of shares a couple of months ago.

I see good value at present share values.

The radio silence is not good for the share price and creates speculation.

Will needs the farm out, or minimum update by the end of the month.

No updates in that time, then you could look at a EGM.

The break up and sale of the assets is worth way more than current share price.

Accounts period was extended to 31st December 2025.

The AGM must be within 6 months of the end of the new accounts period.

So AGM is before 30th June 2026, happy to be corrected.

Yes your right, they moved the accounts period.

The 10 months will soon go.

Lets hope for a positive RNS before end of H1, which would rocket the share price.

If no news at present, a update on progress at the very least would be expected by the end of June.

I agree entirely, no farm out then a sale of assets paid to shareholders in a special dividend.

Lets hope Will can get a farm out over the line.
