2.7p is a steal! AC’s very poorly timed raise is the reason we are sitting here again and it has made this RNS today less impactful to the market. We have a huge financial cushion with 100%+ increased production from one well so I would agree Duke that 5p is reasonable.

I would really like to see him establish the field in Azer first before trying to branch out into other places. Zardab is the field which really excites me, hopefully 2020 we will see it’s full potential

I don’t understand the rationale from AC in that RNS on Friday. Is there a placing or not? He has screwed up the market because no one will be buying when the ask is much higher than the placing price. All the momentum generated is gone again!

There will be some drops for warrants and traders but this will take on another level in the next couple of weeks. There is a strong chance that we have further updates on C37 producing more than the 285 too. BLOE took a while to takeoff after news but it flew when the masses arrived from 3p to 14-15p

That 4 million trade must have been a buy yesterday. Sells of 100,000 were going through at 3.20p at that time yesterday.

On reflection of today’s news this is massive for the company in more than doubling production on their 1st Drill. Say that C-30 produced the same result we would be producing 800+ barrels and generating $17.5 million (£15 million) per year at $60 oil. This will allow the company to take more chances on finding new drills with potentially huge pay zones of 1000+. It makes the 2000-3000 barrels in the next two years appear very achievable.

This news will settle in over the next few days and the correction will take place.
