I wonder if this means that Year End Results and Forecasts will now be published beforehand.
Sorry, Drice, found it in the Q4/FY RNS.
Drice- could you point me towards the source of your average Gold price achieved by POG for 2019. Thanks in anticipation.
I presume Year End Results are due in the next few weeks if we take last year as a guide. Looking at Page 30 of the H1 Statement, I note that for H2 both the IRR and NPV will exceed the table parameters of 70 RUB:US$ FX and 1,450 US$/oz Gold Price - both of which will significantly exceed the 67 Rub and $1,300 GP used for H1 results (averages for H2 are about 72/1,495). So H2 should be very encouraging even if output remained constant although this was also projected to increase.
Q1 averages at 75/1,595, accelerating output, and much lower Oil price suggest significant upside.
"....if POG has achieved $1550 for 150k ounces in first quarter, along with Rouble depreciated and declined oil prices."
Gold Average appears to just short of $1590 for 1st Qtr, and Futures trending over $1600.

"Good luck.
Give us an update in a few days if you can"
We've been retired for quite a while now, but we feel a bit guilty about being expected to remain inside when we are more than capable of being out there helping local support organisations. Having said that, we've been overwhelmed with the help we've been provided by local businesses for home deliveries of groceries and drink. We're very fortunate compared with many of the desperate people we see in the news - let's hope this experience changes Society's social awareness once things return to whatever passes as 'normal'.
"By the way. Anyone got the virus yet?"
Like many thousands, we just don't know. I started self-isolating 3 weeks ago after a visit to the doc's who went into full bio-hazard mode when she heard my rattling cough and laboured breathing. But, of course, they couldn't test for CV. A week later my wife started with the same symptoms which developed even worse - we've known nothing like it - the breathing difficulty is the scary part. She's just getting over the worst, but both of us are still a bit weak. A plentiful supply of simple test kits is going to be the turning point, together with (hopefully) an effective vaccine.
I guess the Company assumes that they have sufficient support to confirm the proposal and therefore they've organised it such that the formalities can be completed as soon as possible and safely within the current restrictions. Otherwise the proposal would remain unresolved for an indefinite time which is not what decisive management is about.
The Share Trades window only registers trades up to 13:39 and it's that price which is shown from then on.
No. It was showing higher at the end of normal trading as well.
I really don't know why they bother to quote the SP on this site towards the end of the trading day - it's never correct and always seems to be stuck from a much earlier time. UT was actually 21.45.
UT 20.20
I'm fairly new to this stock (since Sept last year). I note that the average gold price for 2020 currently stands at $1,582. Any chance any of you seasoned shareholders could reflect on what this might mean come the next update?
Thanks in advance.
So 94m shares traded in 7 minutes after the normal closing bell.
Can we assume that the UT will be the opening price tomorrow?
A simple and reassuring response and update to the current turmoil.
US closed at $1672
USA Spot closed at $1640.10, ....51 up!
