Are all CAI shares held by Krs in escrow? I thought it was only the performance shares not the original allocation on CAI listing on asx. Looks like more digging required........pardon the pun..

Reading that statement again. Is it possible for Krs to sell some of the CAI shares they already have for WC purposes?

Also bear in mind Krs might keep some of the CAI money/shares for working capital. Chairman�s statement. 3rd para, Under the rules of the ASX the Company's shares in Calidus are held in escrow for a two year period which will end on 23 June 2019, and the intention of the Directors is to distribute those shares to Keras shareholders at that time, subject to any Calidus shares which may be realised to provide working capital. CAI sp should be a lot higher then and hopefully Krs not needing to much WC. That said, it would still be better than more Krs dilution for WC

From 20th Dec 16 rns KalNorth Tribute As part of the Company's strategy to focus management's time on high margin mining projects and the flagship Klondyke Project, the Company's Tribute Mining Agreement over Lindsay's in the Western Australian Goldfields with KalNorth has been mutually terminated. Under the terms of the termination Keras has been refunded all third party costs totalling A$120,000. In addition, as the Company focuses on advancing the Klondyke project, and as it has currently ceased tribute operations, Peter George, Keras' Chief Operating Officer, has resigned. The Company would like to thank Peter for his contribution to the Company during its early days of gold mining.

Not wishing for dilution just mentioning the special resolution mentioned for the upcoming AGM. From memory figures of between £500k and £600k are mentioned.

My concern is the special resolution at the upcoming AGM. I feel there is more dilution coming. The last placing was to keep Krs ticking over until movement in Togo. I just hope the appointment of Russell and a potential placing is to progress existing projects rather than fund a new one. All imo.

I think Magp did something similar with their WED deal. Basically looking for permission to raise a certain amount of money at short notice which may or may not be needed for a deal of some sort. Could be at current sp , discount or premium. Depends on the deal conditions. IMO

I�m with you Andee. Keep telling myself this has to come right. IMO CAI is heading for 2m oz resource but I�m no expert. 16000m drilling gained us 300k oz. 50000 m to be drill3d this year....... DR has mentioned the disconnect between value of CAI shares held by Krs and Krs MC in the past and again on the latest Audioboom interview. Quietly adding and keeping the faith... Hope you get a better nights sleep tonight......lol
