I know its not great short term but most of the bad news is now priced in look fwd to the Div . It must now look like a good long term play at sub 2p imo The news yesterday has not delivered on the cheap housing and the strength of the dollar on the pound continues to make property a good investment. Quite a lot of possibilities going fwd of increased sales/rents due to lack of housing and strength of Dollar. I am an amateur here and can only go with my gut. It seem most pros are getting everything wrong at the moment brexit, trump, Nigel may be the next prime minister of the uk . I believe odds on that may be a better bet than most gambles on the AIM. gl

I believe the market share will increase in all areas going fwd as the pressure on smaller companies will be greater. The large buys yesterday after close well follow the money imo. gl
